Modern 2Br Apartments – Full Kitchen – Schönbrunn Area – 15 Mins to City Center

Comfortable stay

Big rooms, with space to hang clothes, photos true to room size. Great idea that the flat entry is keyless. About a 20 minute walk to Schonbrunn. Quiet at night 😊

What could be improved: Nothing really, but some small things, there was no seperation of waste, between recycling/general waste/compost. There is a hob for cooking, but no oven or microwave in kitchen but didn't need them.

The appartments was nicely decorated, simple furnishings. Rooms were large and clean. Bathroom was clean and new.
Washing machine was very good however there is no dryer and in the cooler weather, it is hard to air dry clothes. We stayed for two nights and only just got our clothes dry. However, this was not just this accommodation, it seems to be the common occurance throughout the European countries we travelled to.

Good position. A block away is a main road that has restaurants and then further down it is a street shopping mall. If you continue down that street, it will lead you to all the main places to visit in Vienna. We liked to walk, but if you don't like to walk too far, all the public transport option are very close. Overall, a good place to stay in Vienna

What could be improved: This appartments is in a beautiful old building that is being renovated and is covered in scaffolding. The entry is very run down but you can see that when it is complete, it will be very beautiful. It was a little off putting, but the appartment was great.

Nice and clean apartment, halfway between the city centre and Schönbrunn Palace.

The apartments were recently renovated and are comfortable. The kitchen is well furnished and spacious enough, even though it is just a small corner.
The electronic lock is very convenient as there are no keys to misplace.

What could be improved: The scaffolding outside and the rest of the building being a bit run down is somewhat off putting, and is a stark contrast with how nice the apartment was.

The location was great. A little bit far away from the city center, but it has good connection with the city transport. The apartment was clean and very important for the winter days, warm. It was a good stay!

What could be improved: Unfortunately the pillows were very uncomfortable. But everything else was super.

Wonderful, light and spacious apartment, very clean and with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, good bathroom with hot shower and washing machine, clean towels and already made beds. We stayed here with three children who slept in the one room in a double + single bed, we had the privacy of the other room with a double bed.

What could be improved: The apartment itself is A+++ and I would recommend wholeheartedly, however the building in which it is located is rather derelict and rundown (my family first though it was a squat). It used to be beautiful (nice tiles, grand staircases, high ceilings) but at the moment it is in a neglected state. There are renovations ongoing in the building and outside, however since we were there in summer there was no activity (and no noise). There is a huge scaffolding around the outside of building and the neighborhood itself is not particularly nice (lots of grafitti/tags on the buildings although that seems to be a more general issue in Vienna; seedy 'gentleman's club' around the corner, ...). Once inside though, that was quickly forgotten.
