Penthouse Wien mit Parkplatz und Balkon

Very clean and spacious top floor apartment with excellent communication from the hosts

We stayed for two weeks here and found the property to be very convenient! The space was good and the floor plan was excellent with a balcony to enjoy the breeze of Vienna summer in June. Everything to provide convenience during our stay was provided such as cookery and utensils in the kitchen so cooking meals was made easy. The host were amazing to be so willing to provide whatever else we needed and requested for. There is a laundry machine downstairs in the common space with dryer and clothes hanger which we found to be very useful. There is also air conditioning in the room which is perfect if you prefer a cooler night's sleep. The sofa bed was easy to fold each morning and pull out at night. I found the area of Altmannsdorf to be very good. There were plenty of supermarkets such as Billa and Eurospar nearby. The location was also not too far from Schoenbrunn Palace and Zoo. We rented a car throughout the stay so I can't really say much about accessibility via public transportation although it was great and considered a bonus to have free parking which is quite rare in a busy city like Vienna. The hoover and mop provided in the unit was also great for longer stays as we could easily keep the room clean. I think the most impressive thing was the speed to which the owners responded to our queries and you could tell they were more than willing to go out of their way to make the stay as convenient as possible!

What could be improved: Some very minor things such as the blue ON light from the air con was too bright and lit up the room too much at night. It was a loft unit with sloped ceilings so we had to mind our heads a little but we managed.

Top Floor Apartment, Not Good Area, Distance between Toilet and Shower, Washer Not in the Apartment.

I like that the apartment was on Top floor and that it was very quiet and clean building, and there is a view from the balcony so other apartments are not so close.

What could be improved: I didn’t like the location of the apartment, first because even though it was high floor, the bedroom was facing a side street that is 10 seconds walk from Main Street so you can hear the traffic and of course closing the windows is a must,
The location itself in general is not good, it’s far away from the city centre and the neighbourhood is not so good.
I didn’t like that there was not a toaster to warm bread, and this is something that is basic in most high qualities apartments.
The washing machine is not inside the apartment but in the basement.
There is a very big distance between the toilet and the shower, so you have to make a huge circle, cross through the bedroom for the shower, where the toilet is in front of main entrance door.
This separation is awful. This is a new building and it has to be adjusted.

I stayed at the apartment for 3 nights.
It was excellent and I enjoyed the staying.
It is spacious Very clean with a nice smell 🌹 and equipped with all kinds of equipment you think of like(coffee maker, water heater, iron and iron table…..etc).
The apartment is very close to all transportations you need.
The host was very helpful with excellent hospitality.
I recommend it for whoever comes to Vienna.

What could be improved: Maybe need to lower the price a bit 😂
