The apartment was clean, fully furnished, and ideally located—just a 1-minute walk to the tram station, grocery stores, and restaurants.

The super friendly staff, teabags and coffee in the room, fully equipped kitchen, even a minibar in the fridge in case you really need something late. The location is quite convenient! Superb value for money!

My stay was very comfortable.

I used to prepare my own breakfast but the supporting accessories including utensils, crockery cutlery etc. were more than adequate.

What could be improved: Perhaps procedure for collecting the key after office hours may be made simpler. I arrived later in the evening instead of scheduled time because of late departure and a friend who received me at the airport accompanied me to the apartment who was quite proficient in speaking German language, I got in the room in just 10 minutes. However, I suppose if I had to check-in on my own it could have been difficult and time consuming because of my inability to communicate in the local language.
