Very good

The apartment is spacious and beautiful. We like how it is decorated. There's a beautiful view through the window. The combined living room and kitchen were very cozy. The bathrooms are also spacious and beautiful. The mirror in the bathroom is big, we like it. The location of the apartment is just perfect. Naschmarkt is reachable across the street. There were a lot of tasty restaurants around. The breakfast was served by a Turkish restaurant nearby. We are still wondering why the owner chose that restaurant when there are a lot of others with much more tasty food. From the apartment, it takes just 15-20 minutes to walk to the city center. It was relatively quiet at night and in the morning although across the street the metro station is located and there was an ongoing construction work. Despite all the issues we face, we definitely will stay here next time. It was a wonderful stay.

What could be improved: When we checked in we were unable to open the entrance door because the open button did not work. We had to stay on the street and it was cold and uncomfortable. Fortunately, a neighbor came out and opened the entrance door so we could get in.
There were some small things in the apartment that were not quite what we expected. Water hardly leaked from the left sink in the bathroom. It took a while for the water to leak out completely. The temperature regulator in the bathroom was pulled out from the wall and it looked unsafe. The lid of the kettle was broken, so the kettle did not turn off automatically.
In the bedroom, there was only one electrical outlet from each side of the bed so you need to decide what to plug in, either charging the phone or keeping the bed lamp. Minimalism design style sometimes requires suffering (smile).

Well worth staying at the property for a home-like feel.

Sehr komfortables und schönes Appartement in hervorragender Lage, leider nicht ganz fertiggestellt.

Die Lage direkt am Naschmarkt ist sehr gut und das Appartement ist grundsätzlich komfortabel, hat gut schließende Türen und Fenster. So kann man sich auch innerhalb der Familie einmal zurückziehen und von der Straße hört man nichts. Es gibt zwei Toiletten, eines im Bad, eines extra. Das ist für Familien sehr gut. Gut ist auch die Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad. Der Blick auf die von Otto Wagner gestalteten Gebäude auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite und auf den Naschmarkt ist fantastisch.

What could be improved: Das Appartment ist an manchen Stellen übereilt fertiggestellt. So ist ein Regelschalter im Bad lose, weil er nur an den Kabeln befestigt ist. In der gesonderten Toillette fehlt ein Toilettenpapierhalter und ein Handtuchhalter. Auch im Bad ist für die Händehandtücher kein geeigneter Handtuchhalter vorhanden. Im Schlafzimmer sind zwei Leuchten am Bett provisorisch befestigt. Die entsprechenden Kabel verfügen allerdings nur über einen USB-Anschluss und nicht über einen Stecker. Zudem verfügen sie über kein weißes, sondern nur blaues Licht. Zum Lesen in einem Buch reicht es nicht. Bei der Spüle fehlt eine Ablage für das von Hand gespülte Geschirr. Auch ein Geschirrtuch ist nicht vorhanden.

Gorgeous place, great location

The flat is beautiful, spacious and in a great location close to the main attractions. It is surprisingly quiet. There is U-bahn station right next to the location, multiple cafes and a charming market.
