Modern, comfortable and compact appartment
-It's a beautiful, modern appartment, with light colours. It was a lot according to my taste and looked new and well-maintained
- There is a lot of comfort, good facilities, like washing machine and nicely equipped kitchen with cooking facilities. Good shower too.
- The location is very good, near to the main trainstation, metrostation, and a good shopping street, Favoritenstraße, offering supermarkets and nice restaurants,
- The instructions from the owners how to get into the building/appartment were very clear
What could be improved: - -It has nothing to do with the appartment, but please, pay attention to the fact that shops close early in the weekend here,
different from other countries. On Saturday around 5-6 pm already and on Sundays shops are closed, which I experienced as rather inconvenient, when arriving on saturday late afternoon and not knowing that.
- There were several blood spots on one of the pillows on the bed
- The slippers offered and requested to wear instead of shoes were of a very small size, probably a small women's size and unfit for me
- Suggestion: place shelves in the wardrobe, to put shirts, socks, etc on. Or some drawers.

It is close to Jungang Station, so it is convenient to use the train, and it was good to go to the old town and the Sønbun Palace by subway and tram. The space is large, and all facilities such as bedding are clean and convenient. The service such as wine and coffee was also good.
What could be improved: At first, using the key to lock and open the door was low, but later I got used to it.
Great location, good value stay, will book again
A well thought out property, so clean and like a home from home. Would highly recommend it. The slippers provided were fab too. Plus the wine, juice, chocolates. Great location too, just a few minutes walk to the Keplerplatz subway stop and from there the connections are great.
Lovely Chinese restaurant nearby too.
Perfect weekend in Vienna for a female solo traveller
It’s the perfect place to stay in Vienna! I loved everything about it. I was on a business trip and decided to go to Vienna for the weekend (my first time) so this place was perfect. The drinks and snacks they left there was just the perfect touch. You can feel that the people running this place do it with care. The cleaning person is the best, the apartment was spotless! I stayed close to the station because I needed to take an early train on the Monday so it was just a 5 minute walk which was so convenient. And to get to the city center it’s just a short metro ride and the metro is a 4 minute walk so for the price and convenience this place is perfect. Instructions for checking were clear. Be aware that it’s on the 3rd floor and there’s no elevator.
What could be improved: There were some neighbours that were loud and were fighting the entire time. It didn’t feel unsafe though but not sure if it’s a person living in the building or if it’s a tourist (hopefully just a passing tourist)

Incredibly clean apartment with everything you could need, including coffee, teas, milk and even some wine and chocolates! check in process was easy and well communicated, and the host was very quick to respond. The perfect apartment for a weekend away.

The location was great for the railway station. Everything about the apartment was first class. . It has been thoughtfully furnished. Was immaculately clean. And many unexpected treats and helpful items. It was excellent. Absolutely top class. I cannot praise it enough. Thank you for the perfect stay.
What could be improved: The stairwell probably didn’t give us a great initial impression until we opened the door or the apartment. But it has the original character. We couldn’t find the stair light switches in the dark and there’s no lift.

Very well appointed, with pleasing decor, coveniently close to the Hbf, and no stairs! (Well, one step, actually.)

Clean, comfortable apartment with multiple amenities like kitchen, comfy bed, sofa etc, in a good location that has super market closeby (interspar at wienhbf is open on sundays as well), and 10 min walk away from tram (Alfred tram point).
Host welcomed with wine, soft drinks, chocolates, it was sweet :)
What could be improved: 1. No lift, one needs to climb 2 floors by carrying luggage
2. No lights on stairway, it's pitch dark at night.
3. Wooden flooring in TV room is noisy.
But, All of these are manageable, hence it didn't cause any inconvenience.
