Exceptional
The apartment is perfect with all the conveniences
I loved staying here.
The set-up of the room, cleanliness, up-to-date, location, quiet, host communication.
What could be improved: Light above bathroom mirror did not work, not enough closet space because the closet contained the vacuum cleaner, clothes drying rack and ironing board, no towel holder in bathroom. These are minor issues.

The location is 5-10 minutes from public transport (tram or metro). There are grocery shops nearby and enough places to eat at.
The apartment is part is part of an apartments complex, in a silent area and faces a silent interior.
It was well equipped - with a washing machine (and a drying rack), dish washer, vacuum, enough dishes and cooking ware (except a small egg pan, which is cheap and really helps when you cook).
Very clean and cozy. Was lovely getting back there after a long day outside.
What could be improved: Check-in is a bit lengthy - try doing it as much ahead as possible, otherwise you'll be stuck outside for a while.

We discovered that an apartment, which has a kitchen, doesn't have basics like salt/ pepper/ sugar/ oil. Apparently it is part of the house rules which were not disclosed upfront, but unacceptable, nonetheless.
Luckily we had our own toiletries, because the offered amount was jokingly small.
I urge the owners disclose all house rules ahead, It can help better prepare. Also, don't be stingy - it is not welcoming.
As for the important house rules, a laminated paper with the rules printed and a QR for more info must be available. Stick it on the entrance door.

Clean, very quiet, great location. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit.
What could be improved: It would be helpful if a few additional items could be provided, such as Kleenex, paper towels, and salt & pepper.
Excellent apartment
Lovely self contained apartment including washing machine. Everything that you need for a short stay. Close to supermarkets. Good location with easy walk to the Schottenring station for the U2 and U4 as well as 31, 1 and 2 trams. From the end of the east end of the U2 platform there is an underpass under the river that brings you to an elevator that is a short walk from the apartment.
Impeccably clean and comfortable apartment
The residence was very, very clean, easy to check into, and located near the subway (U2 and U4). The amenities were super comprehensive, with a laundry machine, full kitchen (no oven), iron, coffee pot, etc. We were super comfortable and did not need anything. They even left a few Nespresso pods and tea bags for us! I just wish it had been warm enpugh to enjoy the cute balcony.
It was an amazing experience; I would happily stay at one of their properties again.

Comfortable and well located
The apartment is very clean and it is exactly as in the photos. It has everything that you need for the stay, also a dishwasher and a washing machine!
Only 5 minutes walk from the underground U2/u4, the position is perfect for visiting the city!
