Ferienwohnung Kings

This is an absolute gem and I couldn’t be happier for finding it. I can’t believe such a property has a below 9 rating and it’s probably the only reason I was lucky to find it available.
It’s 15min away from center with public transport (25-30min by foot) and well connected to any other point in Vienna by public transport.
There are many restaurants and pubs in a 5-10min walking range and a very good restaurant at the end of the street, 2 minutes away.
It’s spacious, it looks luxurious and impeccably clean.
The amenities were perfect - the kitchen is more than enough for any needs, it has full kitchen for cooking (pans, pots, utensils, oil, vinegar)
We loved the fact that there was a service bathroom with a toilet and a small sink and a separate one with a tub, a bigger sink and a laundry washing machine. It was super useful for our family of 4
The rooms are both big, the bed is large and the expandable sofa has a very comfortable sleeping part and also a sitting part.
WiFi worked very well and there are 2 networks, so I guess it’s useful if you want to stream and also use the phone.
Also, the folder with detailed instructions was highly useful.
The instructions to get the key were very clear and easy to follow and communication with the host was very smooth.
When we return to Vienna we’ll definitely stay here again.

Location is excellet, Apartment was enough for 4 of us ( 2 kids). It has kitchen and all equipment to prepare food. The flat is big and clean, no smell or odors. The street is very quiet even but its very close to Mariahilferstrasse. It's not mentioned but the bulding has elevator. All in all I would choose this apartment when visitin Vienna again.

The apartment was very big and spacious, the kitchen had everything you could need, it was all very clean. It's very close to a tram line, you can be in the center in less than 20 mins.
