Nur kurzer Fußweg zu den Öffis, Supermarkt, Heurigen und Restaurants.

What could be improved: Leider wurde offensichtlich im Apartment geraucht, obwohl dies laut Hausordnung verboten ist.

Fantastic location in quaint town and we’d stay here again.

The location was fantastic! We prefer to stay outside big cities and this was perfect for us. It was an easy 30 minute tram ride into Vienna. The town of Grinzing is quaint and beautiful with everything you need within steps of the property - grocery store across the street, bank, bus and tram stop, restaurants, cafes, wine taverns.

What could be improved: The property was great, had everything we needed and was perfectly comfortable for us as a couple. The kitchen had all needed dishes and cookware, the memory foam bed was comfortable. The value for the price we thought was excellent.

The room was in a modern, well-designed building in a great neighborhood

The location of the room is in a very nice neighborhood and there is a tram and bus line right next to it. The room is in a brand new apartment building and it is well designed. Many necessities were thought of and it was nice to have enough space for two people to sit and work on the laptop. Having automatic blinds is both reassuring and more effective for a comfortable sleep instead of dealing with curtains. There is a bakery for breakfast in the morning and a small grocery store to buy necessities just across the apartment. Also, there was a Losteria branch 100 meters away, which I always visit, and it was a lifesaver for dinner. All in all, you'll have a hard time finding a room like this for the price in Vienna.

What could be improved: The location is a little far from the city center. Our journey took about 35-40 minutes on average. There was a humid smell in the room, probably due to the lack of a window in the bathroom. At the same time, there was a heavy smell throughout the room, similar to the smell of cooking. When we ventilated the room, this bad smell mostly disappeared, but ventilation for humidity should be reconsidered.

Lovely, convenient, and comfortable.

Loved this place! This was the perfect spot in Vienna for our short trip (~3 days). The apartment is situated in a lovely, cozy, fairy-tail setting with a tram station only 3 minutes away and two grocery shops nearby. The studio was well furnished and the host was lovely and welcoming. All recommendations!

This location offers a peaceful atmosphere, complete with groceries, mountains, and authentic local buildings. Conveniently located near a public transport station (a 1-2 minute walk), it provides easy access to other parts of the city.

Everything was so good. No complaints whatsoever. The owner responds promptly to enquiries and checks in to see how your stay is going. The place is clean with everything you will need for a leisurely stay in Vienna. Absolutely recommend
