Location and very homely

The owner extended the check out 2 hours.
Clean, spacious, quiet, well located

Overall a very practical, neat and well conceived appartment!
Downstairs is the living space, with a big dining table and a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. Little tv corner with a sofa, that has been upgraded since the pictures where taken. The living space, albeit not enormous, is very convenient!
Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms, with very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The host responded very kindly and promptly to our inquiries, and even gladly provided a non-feather bedding option upon asking, which we were very thankfull for.
Despite being on the street side, and on an inner courtyard for one of the bedrooms, we had no problem with noise at night.
In case you have a toddler, there is a real baby bed and a tricycle at your disposal, and there is a security barrier on top of the stairs. In one of the bedrooms there is a TV, and a desk with a computer in the other.
There is a tramway stop a few seconds down the street, and a supermarket (Billa) within a 2 minute walk.

This is an amazing apartment! It is very clean, specious, and very well equipped with everything to feel your stay as in 5 star place. Location is very convenient, with walking distance to the city centre. Communication with the host is easy and they give all necessary guidance for Vienna. I definitely recommend this place!

The appartment was in great state, very clean and the location was also fine. There are two separate bedrooms, bathroom and a toilet upstairs and a well equipped kitchten. The owner was also friendly and helpful.
