Value for money
The apartment looked exactly as advertised.
It looked very clean and situated in a very good location where everything we needed was within reach. Although we didn't get to meet any of the staff but the communication on what we needed was excellent.
Exceptional
The apartment was very clean and full equipped. The location is very close to the underground u4 and u6 and there were 2 super markets near to the apartment. An excellent choice for a family .
New year's eve in Vienna
It was clean, adequate size for 2 people decently equipped with the basic necessities, good connection to the rest of the transportation system and quite good noise surpression from the windows from outside. The possibility for renting a parking space was one of the highlights as it's both a safe space, cheap and hassle free compared to the normal parking situation in Viena.
Good communication with the owner, she was always a text message away with info and questions if any, so for that I am very very pleased and always helpful. The overall surroundings are typical for that part of the city and as someone who has lived in the city in the past it's not something that would've surprised me (e.g diverse people, shops, and traffic from the boulevard)
What could be improved: Not much to say here as the room was adequate from my point of view. Maybe the window from the top side of the entrance would need replacing as it is currently missing a part and it's fixed temporary with duct tape, but that's just a detail, non impacting the feel. Could be also the price, a bit on the spicy side for such a one room unit, maybe it could be a bit toned down slightly, but otherwise it was fine.

Tha appartment is in a good location nearby U-bahn, shops and restaurants. You can easy reach the centre of city.
Everything was clean and well equipped. The keys are in a lock box so we can arrive when we want.

We had a great stay in Vienna in this apt.
The apartment was generally fantastic and the location was perfect! The only downside is the noise from the street when the windows are opened.

Perfect location, very close to subway. Clean apartments, quiet and all necessary facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. The apartments are quite spacious, extra bed for kid. Very good wifi. Owner was very nice and hepful with useful information. Good price for value.
