Very FAR with limited connectivity. NO FAN / NO AIRCONDITIONING. On main road - NOT QUIET

Apartment was clean. Seems well equipped and spacious but lacked some important items such as No Fan / No air conditioning. No Safety deposit box (there is misleading information in the property listing that a Safety deposit box is available).

What could be improved: - No safety lock on the door, which felt unsafe for a solo female traveller
- NO Air conditioning / NO FAN. In Summer, apartment was stuffy and made it very difficult to sleep. Upon requesting a Fan, property owner provided a dismissive responsive saying "I sleep without a Fan, so, You sleep without a Fan".
- Opening the window made it very noisy and significantly interrupted sleep, as the property is on a main road
- No safety deposit box in property (misleading information in the property listing that a Safety deposit box is available).
- Location QUITE FAR from the City centre. minimum 25 minutes additional travel time from the City centre
- Tram station and bus stop close by, their connectivity is limited
- There were two connecting doors within the apartment, which raised questions on where it connects to and who has access to the apartment, which made me feel unsafe.
- Property owner's availability is limited, which could potentially cause issues to travellers for check-in and check-out.
- Towels were very worn out and rough; No body-wash in bathroom.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR SOLO TRAVELLERS OR FOR TOURIST ACTIVITIES.

Apartament bardzo przestronny i czysty, ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, winda na drugie piętro. Lokalizacja trochę oddalona od centrum miasta, ale z dobrą komunikacją miejską. Bardzo miły i pomocny Gospodarz. Szczerze polecam.

Prima appartement voor een weekje

Schoon en ruim en voorzien van alle benodigde voorzieningen. Lekker bed.

What could be improved: Er was maar 1 eenpersoons koekenpan aanwezig dus als je met z’n tweeën een gerecht wil braden of roerbakken is dat niet mogelijk. De douche had ook wat beter gekund maar het was te doen.

They weeere very friendly and understandable in regards to us being late due to traffic. The instructions were very clear and the apartment is amazing! The bus stop is in front of the apartment, there are also supermarkets and restaurants. We would book again for sure in the next time in Viena

What could be improved: I think the only thing is the toilet is separate form the shower and there is no heat in there so it was a little bit cold.
