Overview
You know what, the Zentral Hotel in Vienna is actually a hidden gem. I remember pulling up to 66 Liechtensteinstraße, in the Alsergrund neighborhood, and being pleasantly surprised by its 4-star rating and 9 out of 10 guest rating. It’s not just the Netflix and two wooden logs (Stöcke) that caught my eye, but the overall vibe of the place.
Stepping into the hotel, I was greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere. The modern, stylish decor and the friendly staff immediately made me feel at home. Honestly, the working area (Arbeitsplatz) was a nice touch, perfect for those who need to stay connected while traveling. The location is fantastic; it’s just a short stroll from the beautiful Liechtenstein Park and the bustling Mariahilfer Straße, a street known for its shopping and local charm.
What really stood out to me was the attention to detail. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, which was a relief after a long day of sightseeing. There’s a small parking area, which is a godsend in a city where parking can be a hassle. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were more than happy to offer recommendations for local eateries and attractions.
In terms of practicalities, the Zentral Hotel is well-situated for exploring Vienna. It’s a bit quieter during the weekdays, which I found to be perfect for a peaceful stay. The bustling season hits in the summer, but even then, the hotel’s location offers a respite from the crowds. The smell of fresh coffee wafting through the lobby in the mornings, the soft hum of conversation in the evenings – these are the small details that make the Zentral Hotel feel like a home away from home.
So, if you’re looking for a hotel that offers comfort, style, and a great location in Vienna, the Zentral Hotel is definitely worth considering. It’s not just a place to rest your head; it’s an experience that captures the essence of Vienna’s charm and hospitality.

Guest Reviews
Space was great. It was spacious, very clean, with all the necessary amenities.
beautifully decorated, spacious, amazing coffee machine and kitchen, peaceful pretty bedroom and safe area. it's super close to a tram line that comes regularly and goes right through the centre. I stayed there as a woman on my own and felt incredibly safe. there are also some shops, cafes and gluten free bakery very close walk away.
the place has great vibes, lots of desks, mirrors, very comfortable to hang out in.
Everything was very comfortable and clean. Very good location
it was very clean and cozy, we were pleasantly surprised when we saw compliments in the form of a bottle of wine and Austrian chocolates, I advise you to choose these apartments for visiting Vienna
The bedroom on the second floor
The host was very friendly, answered all my questions, permitted us to leave our luggage at the location before the check in time and even welcomed us with a bottle of wine! The place is much more beautiful in location than in photos!
Well equipped, Clean and cozy flat, 15 minutes walking distance from city center. Easy communication with the host
Location, spaciousness, and cleanliness of the facility. Very good communication with the apartment owners.
Self check-in and communication with the owners were seamless and quick.
The accommodation was nice. The apartment is clean, tastefully decorated, and fragrant. On the ground floor, there is a fold-out sofa, a work and dining table, a toilet, and a kitchenette with good and clean equipment. Upstairs, which is accessed by winding stairs, there is a double bed.
Location, and they were kind enough to let me leave the luggage there prior to check in time
