Great apartment in Vienna!
We had a great stay at this apartment in Vienna! The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.
One of the big pluses was the parking: you can park right across the street, and it’s free on Saturdays and Sundays, which was super convenient.
Communication was also top-notch—quick and helpful replies to any questions we had. Highly recommend!
What could be improved: The only downside was that the check-in form was in German, which made it a bit harder to understand. It would have been helpful to have an English version. Other than that, everything was great and we’d definitely stay here again!

The room is comfortable for living. Everything needed for living is there. The apartments are a minute's walk from the tram stop. You can have a wonderful time and meals on the balcony.
What could be improved: It would be nice to have a place in the shower to store cosmetic products. The walls in the kitchen and near the dining area are dirty, it would be good to tidy them up. It would be nice if the bed mattress was a little firmer.
Everything else is perfect. We were comfortable, cozy and got only positive emotions from living in the apartment.

A great place for a large company, there are many beds, two full bathrooms.
The location is quite good, although it is far from the center, but a lot of local trams stop near the apartment. The neighborhood is quite quiet, with everything you need: coffee shops, shops, pharmacies.
Incredible balcony and terrace overlooking the sunset! A definite plus of this place
What could be improved: There was no washing machine and no air conditioning. But that didn't stop us from having a great time.

What could be improved: Some it is summer, it was too hot in the night. Probably a fan or air conditioner would have been good. Fridge was there but was not working. We didn’t ask as we weren’t using it.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Lotus Apartments. The location was great, the apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described — even better in person. Communication with the hosts was smooth, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were easy and well explained. The location was great with a tram stop right in front of the apartment. Very close to the Westbahnhof train station. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable and clean. We would book it again.
What could be improved: Everything was great but the exhaust in our toilet/bathroom was not working. Some more hooks in the bathroom would have been nice. Also the water kettle in our room wouldn't turn off automatically, so that could be a hazard with guests who are not careful. But overall it was a good stay.
We had a great stay in Vienna and our accommodation was a big part of that.
We liked the location. Transit easy to use. The apartment was very comfortable. All good. We would recommend staying there.
