Great stay
I went to the concert at METAStadt and the facility was close to that location.
Instructions were really clear and simple how to get the key. The place is really nice, clean and the bed is sooo comfortable.
What could be improved: For my needs everything was fine
A couple of days in Vienna
The apartment is easy to reach by car or via the nearby metro station. While free parking is not available (except maybe in some backstreets) the nextdoor garage is convenient enough. It costs 6€ for the first day, starting with the second day it increases to 8€ daily. There are stores and restaurants directly around the corner. If you arrive late about 500m there is a gas station with a small shop. The city center can easily be reached by metro. The flat has all required facilities and is quite roomy.
What could be improved: We stayed during quite hot days, since the apartment does not have an AC it became a bit hot, but the large windows allowed to let in some fresh air during the night hours. Due to the street it would have been to noisy to leave the windows open the whole night. But at normal times this would not pose a problem. The window blinds however could be improved upon by adding curtains as the lights from the street are rather bright. The description of where to find the keys via video was a bit confusing, adding a written description as well might be helpful.
Great location but no air conditioning
The garage is just perfect - 4 euro per day with Bmove, just few meters away from apartment.
Apartment is in great location, few steps distance away from metro Aspernstrasse.
Everything clean, fridge is big, dishwasher, coffee machine.
What could be improved: Apartment description on Booking.com is showing „air conditioner” as a facility - which was one of the reasons why we took it. In reality there was only ceiling fan which is ridiculously not enough during summer heat.
This factor can be very disappointing, so please keep it in mind when booking.
Superb
Studio apartment is like on the photos from the add. It has everything needed for comfortable accommodation, perfect for one or two persons. Apartment is new and clean as well as the building. It is located near the U-ban station, literally 100 meters away. Location is a bit far from the city center so it takes time to get to the city center. There are Hofer, Billa and restaurant/bar next to the building
What could be improved: Everything was fine. Maybe just a small suggestion to the owner - to remove or change the wall watch which ticking quite loudly and can be the issue for the people that can be awoken easily :)
Exceptional
Super clean, fully equipped, feels like brand new. Windows filter the noise perfectly. Small friendly details. Comfortable bad, enough space for clothes, kitchen eqipped with microwave, coffee mashine, water heater, big fridge. Bathroom is nice and comfortable. No aircon, or I could not find it, but there is a ceiling ventillator.
3 minutes walk from U2, and midtown is 15 min with U2 metro. Shopping + pub + food also 3 min.
Make sure to watch the video how to obtain the key, as it is 2 min walk from the building.
The owner very helpful, replies in few hours.

Very nice luxury apartment, in very convenient location, very close to metro station.
Vienna Prater, and everything else is just short travel my metro - few stations.
I received detailed instructions how to access the property, and everything went smoothly - check in and check out.

We stayed for 4 nights, parking house for 6EUR per day is right next to the building, metro stations as well. Check-in instructions were clear so it was all smooth. The apartment is spacious, clean and equipped with all the necessities (hairdryer, drying rack, equipped kitchen - also dishwasher cubes,...). There are supermarkets, couple of bars and some food options under the building. The bed is very comfortable.

The location is very good, there is a metro station and a shopping center nearby. There is an underground parking for a car. The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer stay. I recommend it.
