Location, heat
The appartment was really large and served quite well for whole family. A bit complicated ouverture of black box with key inside but worked at the end.
The unpleasant surprise was that heating did not work when we arrived and we could not manage to start it.
The heating should have worked in the beginning! We did not say that we will not arrive!
The owner, however, made an effort and tried to arrange a technician who probably – according to the owner communication – visited to other flat. Mistakenly?
At the end after many tryings I succeded to switch on correctly the heating system so the second day and the third day of our stay was OK regarding the warmth of the rooms.
The rooms were clean, the only dirty part was a small compartment for meals above the fridge. But the rest was OK. One electric socket in sleeping room felt out during our stay.
For such a large accommodation style I would have expected some small aliments base – means sugar, coffee, salt, oil…for eseential cooking.
The water is a bit heavy and NOK for a tea preparation. TV with programmes offer was great.
Despite all those fact we finally enjoyed the stay. If the heating had been switched on in the same day of our arrival, all would have been great.
I can recommend a good garage place (Sensengasse 3) for parking.
Location was perfect and near the city centre. Apartment, rooms were large and comfortable. Cleaning was good.

Apartment is very spacious in good location. We were traveling with kids and for them was really good, beds (enormous )for everyone, enough space. Not too much furniture so no need to "don't touch this, don't make that". Host very responsive. There IS a TV in the living room, the shower is OK. I am writing about them because in the reviews are written a lot of things. We found garage for only 6,5 Euro per day- Tiefgarage WIFI-B - Wien | APCOA ( 48.227285,16.350302).
