Clean apartment with easy access to city centre

Despite not being located right in the city centre the location has easy access to the centre via metro and bus. There is a good selection of cafés and grocery stores in direct vicinity. The apartment was easy to find (very clear instructions) and very clean. It looked exactly like in the pictures.

What could be improved: The only thing missing in our opinion were bedside tables. But that is only a personal preference.

What could be improved: I really don't recommend this place. The apartment is clean, and that's the only positive thing. There are so many negatives that we would not stay there again, although we will definitely return to Vienna.

The place does not provide basic supplies, and no one seems to care about your comfort. We got half a roll of toilet paper for 4 days for 4 people and just a few pieces of paper towel. The hand soap dispenser was empty, the same as shower gel. We just got an empty box. We could understand if the host didn’t provide these items, but if it's not provided, why it's mentioned in an offer and we got left empty boxes..?

In the morning, when we got up, we didn’t even have mugs to make tea—no tea, no coffee, no sugar—literally nothing. We could buy tea ourselves, but PLEASE... no mugs? No toilet paper?

We also found dirty dishes in the cupboards, supposedly "ready" for use, which was absolutely disgusting. Assuming it was just an oversight or a mistake, we contacted the host. We were told that cleaning services would come the next day. At that point, we weren’t angry—we assumed it was just a misunderstanding. However, the next day, all we received was a few mugs left on the ground by the door. When we asked about toilet paper again, we were ignored for the rest of our stay. At the end of our trip, we received a message hoping we had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Oh, really...(?).

Aside from the lack of basic supplies and the host's ignoration, we also noticed that there were no cupboards or wardrobes where we could unpack and store our belongings. It was very inconvenient to keep everything in suitcases throughout the entire trip.

If you are hesitating between this place and another option, choose the other one. You will save yourself the trouble of organizing basic supplies after arrival and avoid being ignored by the host.

Stay in Vienna

We really liked the accommodation. The apartment was extremely clean. The apartment is not close to the center, but due to the good connection with public transport, this was not a problem.

What could be improved: The pillows on the bed are not the most comfortable. A couple of negligible kitchen utensils (cutting board) were missing from the kitchen. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Great location, beautiful modern apartment

Great location, clean, modern aesthetic, beautiful view from the sofa, very comfortable bed and pillows and just a lovely space to return to after a full day of sightseeing.

Good apartment for the price that you pay.

Great location, very clean apartment, and pretty newly renovated.
The apartment is located on a main but is good isolated from the outside noise.
Moreover there are nice coffee places in walking distance.

What could be improved: Very small bed room that queen bed exactly fits there. One side of the bed touching the wall of the room so in and out of the bed needs to be through the bed.
There is no closet to the clothes, there is a rek at the hall if you want to hang your clothes.
No curtains at the living room, which in this small apartment makes it very open to the main street and the office people that works in the building infront of it. The communication could be better.

Exceptional

The flat looks like it does in the photos. The flat is very warm, clean and quiet. The windows face the road, but the flat is quiet. The bed is big and soft. The shower had soap, shampoo and a hairdryer. The kitchen has everything you need. Near the metro and food shops. To the centre 30 min on foot or 2 metro stations. I recommend the flat for rent 👍
P.s. If you are travelling by car, you can leave your car in the car park at the Hütteldorf (green metro line) and get to the apartment without changing the metro line
