Excellent location value for money proposal
The location was excellent for us. Situated just two stops from city center and four stops from the conference center and all that on the same metro line U1.
What could be improved: They could offer a shampoo and a shower gel since the apartment was fully equipped. There is a super market just below on the street but if you are arriving in the evening when it is closed and you want to take a shower after a long day, it is very disappointing to discover that you either having a shower just with water or you have to use the hand soap.
I am satisfied of the last stay.

Very convenient place directly next me metro station, relatively calm places with nice interior
Location was good - next to metro station and some arabic mosque, not directly on the main street which was good, apartment was also very nice. Fully equipped with washing machine. I think there was no dishwasher. There is a nice small tv with netflix, that you can use.
What could be improved: There was some noise in the morning that woke us up, maybe a construction or residents. It was a bit hard to open the box for the keys at first. The pillows were just too big to sleep on.

Great experience. Better than stay in the hotel.
Apartment was nice and clean. Fully equiped for 3 night stay. Kitchen was great, so we could prepare breakfast ourself. It is close by the main subway station.
What could be improved: It was not easy to get keys from the lockbox when we arrived. Although it was well explained, still some detailes were missing. Also main gate of the building was sometimes closed, but we managed to get in with some help from the neighbours.
