Perfect apartment to stay to visit Vienna
Spacious apartment, Modern amenities, close to attractions and good customer service.
Nice modern decor apartment with ensuite to each bedroom
All three bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. It speed up getting ready and the deco in the bathrooms are excellent, back lit mirrors are great for me putting on lenses so easy. With three boys and myself, I really appreciate the en-suite bathrooms.
The air conditioning all through the apartment is important for the time we stayed as the heat wave hit the whole Europe.
Kitchen is well equipped.
A full length mirror in the master bedroom is really well thoughtful features.
What could be improved: The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It would be nicer to have an elevator whilst carrying luggages. However, we only needed to transport the luggages at check in and check out. We didn’t mind the stairs.

locatie is top, dicht bij metrostations en airco was ook heel prettig i.v.m. de temperaturen die we hadden.
De host is erg vriendelijk en schoot gelijk te hulp toen er iets niet werkte.
What could be improved: in de lades in de badkamer en onder de bedden was niet goed schoongemaakt, er lagen veel haren van voorgaande logees. Das net jammer.
Lovely place!
The location was great. The apartment was away from street noise. The beds were very comfortable. The clothes dryer was a nice bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Nice curtains kept the light out.
What could be improved: The electrical outlet in the bathroom is under the vanity, so I had to get on my hands and knees to plug it in. Also, I'm 5 feet tall, and the bathtub is very high. A grab bar would be extremely helpful and make it much safer!
We were a party of 7 with three teenagers. We had our bags packed and were getting ready to leave when the cleaning lady asked us to get out at 10:08. Yes, we were a few minutes late, but in 50 years of traveling, I've never had that happen!

Appartamento nuovo, curato nei dettagli, ben fornito e accogliente. Posizione ottima, vicino la metro Nestroyplatz e la stazione del treno a Prater, utile per recarsi in aeroporto. In zona ci sono pure un supermercato Billa e diversi negozi. Per il prezzo promozionale che abbiamo ricevuto, un vero affare.
What could be improved: Solamente il lenzuolo per il divano letto da due posti. Sarebbe meglio uno con gli angoli che si possa incastrare meglio. L'altro con gli angoli fornito è per il divano letto da un posto, quindi troppo piccolo da usare per un due posti

best apartment for the value in Vienna - you got to put a little effort in but it is very worth it.
For travelers coming in from Vienna's Int'l airport - this is worth mentioning. The Airport City train is easy to find and take and drops you off at Wien Mitte station, direct from the airport, however, if you are trying to get as close to the apartment as possible, there are a number of transfers. You first have to walk north to the Landstrabe U station and then take the green line (U4) one stop to Schwedeplatz and then transfer to the red line (U1). You'll take this one stop to Nestroyplatz which makes the walk very short to the apartment. We didn't figure this all out when we arrived late around 1030 PM so we just walked from Wien Mitte to the apartment. Depending on what day and time you come in, the subways can be extremely busy and if you're hauling a ton of luggage, you will need to use elevators to go up and down to the various lines.
From the airport, if you take a bit of a longer walk to the OBB S7 train, this is a commuter train that has more stops but you get off at Praternstern and then transfer to the red line (U1) and take it one stop to Nestroyplatz. As for which is better, I think there are pros and cons for each, but when you return, I would definitely recommend the OBB S7 as they had cheap and large lockers to store luggage. We had a late 850 PM flight out so we took all the luggage to Praternstern early in the day and then wandered around the city until it was time to go. If you take the Airport train from Wien Mitte, the luggage storage was more and the complexity of getting to that station from Nestroyplatz with a lot of luggage made it less desireable. The OBB S7 will cost you 2.3 euros more per person if you bought a round trip on the Airport City train. You can pay this at the OBB ticket office in Praternstern station.
What could be improved: The buzzer to get in is a bit different than buzzers in our own country. When you get to the apartment, have one member of your party press the appropriate button to activate the buzzer, then as soon as you hear it, push the door. If you press the buzzer and then go to open the door, it will already have re-latched and you cannot get in. Once we figured this out, it was easy to follow the rest of the instructions.
