Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości
Dużo miejsca, dobrze wyposażony, czysto. Po potwierdzeniu rezerwacji w dniu przyjazdu dostaliśmy bardzo jasne wskazówki (że zdjęciami) jak wejść do mieszkania. Ale adres był inny niż podany na stronie, mieszkanie znajduje się przy ulicy prostopadłej do Rennweg. Niestety akurat w trakcie naszej wizyty (początek 07.2025) nie jeździł tramwaj tuż obok, ale są autobusy
What could be improved: Brak klimatyzacji ( na szczęście były wentylatory).

Wiedeń wspaniały jak zawsze.
Lokalizacja w porządku, ale w sąsiedniej kamienicy trwał hałaśliwy remont, również w sobotę od rana.
What could be improved: Bardzo trudny dostęp. Najpierw nieprecyzyjny adres, potem wskazówki (chyba od AI) typu idź tam (znowu inny adres), dowiesz się co dalej. Jest wysoko, bez windy, po krętych schodach. Standard klatki schodowej i samego mieszkania niski, przydałby się remont. A opinie o obiekcie i ocena (9!) wydają się być sztucznie wykreowane.

Квартира в старій будівлі , з нормальним ремонтом, комфортною білою! постільною білизною, зручними ліжками. Чіткі інструкції по заселенню. Гарне розташування. Припаркувалися прям на вулиці біля дому (з 10 до 9 ранку безкоштовно) чисто і комфортно
What could be improved: Кухня дуже маленька (ми не користувались), туалет і кухня з вікнами на якийсь коридорчик (не знаю як то називається)- запах сигарет в туалеті.

Eine gute, saubere, zentrale Unterkunft, abgesehen vom Einchecken.
Die Lage war sehr gut, gute Verkehrsanbindung, alle notwendigen Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es war alles sehr sauber.
What could be improved: Die Ausstattung könnte etwas ergänzt werden, pro Person war nur ein Handtuch vorhanden. In der Küche fehlten ein paar Spühltaps, kein Urlauber kauft für 4 Nächte eine ganze Packung. Auch Streichhölzer wären bei einem Gasherd praktisch. Und ein Geschirrhandtuch könnte man auch gut brauchen.
Das Einchecken war eine schwierige Angelegenheit, man musste sogar den Personalausweis aller Reisenden über das Internet hochladen, dass hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen. Auch das man alle Anweisungen zur Unterkunft erst in der Unterkunft herunterladen musste, ohne ins Internet zu können, fanden wir unmöglich.

Lovely apartment in an old building.Nearby parking, cost of €9 per day. Supermarket nearby that sells Halal meat.
Host did not provide information/ instructions to the lift. To get to the elevator is a bit tricky. You need to walk over the courtyard after taking the key, to the other side of the building to get to the lift(green door). Press the elevator button to top floor, coming out from the elevator, you need to turn right and walk over to the building of the apartment., than walk 1 floor down at the spiral staircase to get to the apartment. If you don’t have big luggage, you can just use the staircase.
Apartment looks clean, but I need to use wet wipes to clean the dusty floor.
Apartment with 2 big bed, 1 sofa bed, washing machine, table lamp with phone charging port, kitchen with microwave, kettle, fridge, but no cleaning cloth.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
