What could be improved: Keine Frischluftzufuhr möglich, da Fenster nicht geöffnet werden können.
Lüftung führt teilweise Zigarettenluft dem Appartement zu.
Luft in den Räumen nicht angenehm.

Sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Fragt nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist und wenn man etwas benötigt, dann wird umgehend reagiert. Habe mich rundum betreut gefühlt. Hatte das Vergnügen den Gastgeber selbst kennen zu lernen. Mir wurden auch die anderen Unterkünfte gezeigt. Es war ein sehr nettes Gespräch. Die Lage ist toll, 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn, viele Geschäfte (Restaurants, Supermärkte, Markt...) in der Nähe. Kulinarisch kann man sich Fußläufig durch mehrere Länder durchkosten. Ruhige Unterkunft und die Fenster Situation, dass sich diese nicht öffnen lassen - Anfangs war ich skeptisch - aber die Frischluftanlage funktioniert wunderbar und somit ist es nicht aufgefallen, dass man die Fenster nicht öffnen kann. Trotzdem eine sehr helle Unterkunft und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Veoma sam zadovoljan boravkom u Beču, prije svega radi ovog apartmana sa kojim sam prezadovoljan.
Ovaj apartman i dva pored njega imaju ulaz odmah sa ulice. Svaki odvojen. Adaptiran i luksuzno namješten sa mnogo detalja koji govore o izuzetnom domaćinu, posvećenom ovom poslu. Rijedak apartman kao ovaj u mome dugogodišnjem iskustvu svuda po svijetu, pa i u Beču
What could be improved: Imao sam svoje planove i poslove u Beču preko prvog maja, kada nešto nije radilo, ali smo stigli sutradan i nakon toga. Izuzetna lokacija, blizu metroa, a apartman okružen sa par solidnih prodavnica.

Perfekte Lage, direkt neben der U3. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe per Code. Ausstattung war hochwertig & top, selbst viele zusätzliche Kleinigkeiten wie Kaffeekapseln, Spülmaschinentabs, Waschmaschinenpods, Wasser, Snacks waren kostenlos vorhanden. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Keine Fenster vorhanden, aber die Lüftungsanlage hat gut funktioniert und war auch ausreichend. Eigentümer war immer erreichbar/hilfsbereit und hat auch aktiv nachgefragt, ob denn alles passt.

Apartment was great, very clean, anything that was necessary was there. Great localization, very close to the metro station. The staff was very helpful.
What could be improved: The only problem was the lack of air conditioning - there was a fan, which worked well, but air conditioning would work better, since you cant open the windows.

What could be improved: Sehr ungünstig ist es, dass die Lofts keine zu öffnenden Fenster haben! Die Regelung des Luftaustausches über die Lüftungsanlage ist völlig unzureichend.
Alles andere ist so prima - dieser Umstand erscheint als das größte Manko. So entstehen leider Zustände, dass man den Eindruck hat, man müsste ersticken. Sehr unangenehm!
