Nice
It's sooo large . And it's soo clean and tidy which is difficult for keeping clean of such a large room !it's comfortable .
What could be improved: The toilet is so smelly , I guess it's from the sewer

a pleasant stay
It is a clean and well equiped apartment.
A metro station and tram stop are near the apartment.
Two supermarkets are close to the apartment and Hannover-Markt is just 5-minute walk.
What could be improved: I misunderstood the description of the apartment in booking.com. Since it says "two bedrooms", it is tempting to understand that there are two real bedrooms different from the living room, when in this case there are actually a bedroom and a living room used as a second bedroom. So there is no good privacy for whoever stays in the second bedroom.
Only the bathroom has a lock from inside, while the WC doesn't have any lock from inside. This is not so good for collegues sharing the apartment.

Recommend with less restrictions
Close to subway U6 which takes you to downtown in about 10 minutes.
What could be improved: Neighborhood area no activities and very little to do. Mini markets and low graded restaurants . The owner has so many restrictions which are all not responsible. She left some washed clothes in the apartment and wanted to take the responsibility and imposing charges if we ever touch them. The kitchen window was broken and taped yet she wanted us to be responsible with charging if we ever open it.

Very nice and clean. The beds was really comfortable. Close to the city with good connections. Very close Lidl if you need to buy food and close to a great parking garage.

We liked how spacious and sunfilled the bedroom was. Also, the recommendation for parking near by was very useful. The space was really clean and pleasant.

What could be improved: The absence of light in the kitchen makes cooking a bit uncomfortable. Some sharp corners of the furniture make it dangerous for small children. But it can be easy fixed using some silicone tips for the furniture.

the location is great. close to almost everything we visited and close to busstops and stations. The apartment looks great and is nice and clean. everything you need is there!
What could be improved: If I would really have to mention something it would be that there wasn’t enough toilet paper. But the owner brought some toilet paper and cleaning stuff in the middle of the week!
