Nice Kitchen Pans
Nice sized apartment with good furnishings. Nice kitchen appliances and pans. Location close to subway and trams. Easy check-in. Nice towels and bathroom amenities.
What could be improved: On one night, the upstairs neighbor came home at midnight with what sounded like an elephant stomping around for an hour.
Wife reported feeling cold at night.

Apartamento completamente equipado para dos personas, y bien ubicado. Alejado del centro (lo que hace que el descanso sea bueno y sin ningún tipo de ruido), pero muy cerca, menos de 5 minutos andando, de una parada de metro (a 2 paradas del Palacio de Schonbrunn y 3 de Karlsplatz), por lo que está perfectamente ubicado.
El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, estaba muy limpio, agua caliente y buena calefacción 24h (muy importante si viajas a Viena en época de frío).
What could be improved: Por poner un pequeño pero, la ropa de cama (matrimonio) se componía de dos nórdicos, un nórdico individual para cada persona, que a nuestro parecer eran cortos y poco abrigos.
El resto, todo perfecto.
Modern lakás egy szépen felújított épületben
Az elhelyezkedés szuper, mert a metro megálló közel van, onnan bármi 10-20 perc alatt elérhető. A lakás tágas,kényelmes, modern.
Az okos TV internetkapcsolatos, igy lehet használni saját netflixet, youtube csatornát. A bejutás alaposan el van magyarázva egy video segitségével, ami leegyszerűsíti az apartman átvételét. A ház tiszta és rendezett, több kiadó lakás jellemzi.
Volt tea és kávékapszula bekészítve, kis pipere szerek a fürdőszobában (sampon, tusfürdő,szappan, testápoló).
What could be improved: A konyha hiányosan felszerelt, hiányzott a papírtörlő, kevés az evőeszköz (2 db kiskanalat találtam), nincs fedő a serpenyőhöz, nincsenek alapvető dolgok, pl olaj a konyhában. Így nehéz egy egyszerű reggelit összeütni.
A szoba a földszinten van, de nincs függöny, csak a sötétítő, így a belátás garantált.
A szemközti épületben az építési, felújítási munkálatok szombat reggel 7 órától már zajlottak.
A lakás feletti lakók járkálása, beszéde tisztán hallatszik.

What could be improved: As in previous reviews there is some construction next door this did not overley bother us . The flat is located at the rear of the building so otherwise very quiet and a safe area .

Close to all means of transportation, quite.
What could be improved: There wasn't extra linen. We weren't a couple so we used the couch for sleeping but we didn't have a sheet. We asked for but we were never given one.
Dirty run down apartment with extreme noise from construction on the street.
Not much to like about this place. The only good thing about it was the ease of contactless arrival.
What could be improved: The apartment is approx 50 metres from a HUGE construction site, with big machinery hammering away from as early as 6:50am every day of the week. It was not a restful stay. The apartment itself is very basic and much more run down than the photos indicate. It's badly in need of repainting, deep cleaning, and refurnishing. The bathroom was extremely mouldy and there was a huge mould patch on the wall. The pillows are extremely uncomfortable and unusable. When these issues were brought up with the rental management company they said there wasn't anything they could do about it and blew me off.
