Beautiful apartment but lots of negatives
It is a very nice very new very clean lovely apartment on the sixth floor.
Everything inside is perfect.
No noise at all from any neighbours.
Nobody seems to be in any of the other apartments.
What could be improved: I have never stayed anywhere where there is such terrible communication from the host.
On the day of check-in I sent six messages and even days later no replies were received.
No information about anything at all is provided in the apartment or beforehand so do your research before you arrive. We left some maps for future users.
The apartment is in a bad and dirty area with lots of beggars and homeless people.
Absolutely no chance of parking nearby. Do not park on the street outside. We parked at the beginning of the route one tram next to the ENI petrol station and paid €10 per day but we had to find all of this out ourselves.
It was around 25° when we stayed here and the apartment was ridiculously hot. Impossible to cool down the place even with the windows open on the noisy street outside.
We really struggled to sleep because it was so hot. Can’t imagine what it would be like in the height of Summer.
You absolutely cannot check in before 15:00 because the apartment door is on a timer.
They did not tell us this so we wasted hours trying to find out if we could check in early. If they had bothered to tell us then we could’ve done something more useful with our time.
We never met any owner so I assume it is managed by a company who are just very bad at communication.
No shower screen on the shower so you have to lay in the bath and then the water goes all over the floor anyway.
Very good
There is a tram station very close in 20 minutes you are in the city centre. Clean house and the price is descent.
What could be improved: The sofa which was turned to bed was uncomfortable to sleep.
