Disappointing

The location of the flat is good. Tram station and grocery stores are around. The flat itself is very stylish.

What could be improved: There is no air-conditioning.i know i overlooked that it was missing from the description, but there was 27 c during the nights with opened windows. Also, the street was noisy. So az least a mobile air-conditioning machine would be great as the provided ventilator worth nothing.


However, my main issue was with the staff. I travelled with my 6 months old son. Before my departure, I got a confirmation that the cat was ready for my son. When we arrived on Friday early afternoon there was no cot in the flat. I sent a message to them here. They said that would sort out the situation asap. I didn't hear from them the rest of the day. I guess it was friday afternoon nearly at the weekend and my problem wasn't a priority. So, for the first night, i was left without a cot. It was a problem because we couldn't put my son in. Our bed was therethere was no safe side of the bed, and also the height of the bed was pretty tall. So i tried to make him sleep in his stroller, which was not for night sleep. I spent ne night laying on the carpet with him as the only option.

The next day, after i messaged them again, we got a cot around midday when we were about to leave the flat. So when we put the cot together- we realised there is no matrace or baby bedding provided. Also , the cot wasn't in general use as it smelled like a basement. So my second night was the same.
This was my first holiday since my son was born and I wanted to relax. The owners communication was poor, and it seemed they were just sending cliche messages, but for realcthey didn't care.
For 2 nights, this price was a huge disappointment altogete.

Impecable y nuevo lugar. Todo resplandeciente

Excelente piso, muy amplio y luminoso. Con todo y más de lo que necesitas para pasar unos días en Viena. No muy lejos de sitios de interés y con parada de tranvía en la esquina.
Debo decir que, en principio, y por un problema en la puerta de la ducha, no pude tomar una ducha. Era fin de semana y lo acepto, pero no debo invalidar mi reseña por ello. Es que la habían instalado recientemente y no abría lo suficiente para pasar por un error en la colocación, así que tuve que asearme en el lavabo.
Mi mujer sí pudo hacerlo (es más delgada, jaja), y entraba con lo justo.
Por qué le pongo un 10 entonces? Porque era todo tan nuevo que lo merece. Además, si bien no mandaron a nadie a reparlo en los dos días que estuve (era fin de semana), presenté una queja y accediero a efectuar un aceptable reembolso por el problema.
Estimados anfitriones, tiene un lugar fantástico y supieron actuar profesionalmente. No dudaré en volver. Tal vez, haga dieta, previamente, por si no arreglaron el desperfecto.
