Great Location-Next to Belvedere.
There is a tram line that connects the city center with the apartment just in front.
Many comforts inside.
Very well placed to access city and station , multiple trams just outside the door
12 minutes walk from main station (make sure you take the correct exit) and located directly opposite The Belvedere. Within 25 minutes walk of City Centre. A Greek restaurant next door and supermarket not far away. Also tram stops directly outside and I saw an endless stream of taxis.
Communication both before, during and after with staff both friendly and helpful. They even sent a video to explain how to gain entry to the apartment.
The room is huge, with defined sitting, dining and sleeping areas. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchenette is well equipped, although I would have liked a pair of scissors. There is a washing machine and, very helpfully, they provide soap powder. There is also a clothes horse, iron and board. The shower room had good quality toiletries. There is a separate loo.
The bed was very comfortable and, thoughtfully, an alarm clock is provided. If you have very sensitive eyes, the windows must face east as the sun came through the curtains quite early, so bring night shades. The TV appeared only to have German speaking channels although I was unsure if satellite TV was also available. An instruction leaflet on how to operate the TV might have been helpful. There was good free WiFi.
I would definitely stay here again for a restful few nights.
