What could be improved: Schlüssel Box Position etwas schlecht beschrieben. Eventuell das Check Out auf 11 Uhr setzten sonnst top.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was incredibly spacious—perfect for our large family. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the metro, grocery store, and plenty of great cafes. We especially appreciated the two washers, which made laundry so much easier for our group, and the beautiful terrace, which was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The staff were very responsive. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a clean, stylish, and well-located place to stay!

Among my friends the decision is simple: we would like to come back to this apartment if coming back to Vienna!

I was staying there with a lot of my friends and I thought it would be fair if i post the multiple feedback for you:

Friend 1
Flat review: super cool for a big company, comfy, spacious, stylish. Has everything for a comfy relaxing time. Was a nice surprise to have a terrace and 2 bathrooms. Just need a working lock on one of the toilet rooms. Bed were comfy, all clean. I really liked it. Nice location.

Friend 2
Lovely, spacious, full of light and modern flat for a group of 10 people. The owner made us wine and waffles as a complimentary. There were all needed in the flat, even tea bags and coffee buds.
Bed sheets were nice and beds were comfy. If we would go again to Vienna — only to this accommodation.

Friend 3
Very stylish and spacious flat. Has all needed kitchen ware, clean. Enough bathrooms for a big group of people. Terrasse was a great feature of this accommodation.

Me:
Amazingly big and comfortable flat for a group of 8-10 people. So having 3 bathrooms was an important thing for us to have. 2 underground stations to Karlplatz. Had lot of natural light and space for my friends. Really appreciated having good quality mattresses and tasty coffee bugs!

What could be improved: Among things that annoyed and is easy to fix are: low quality towels, that after wiping my face I still had synthetic fibers on the skin. Just 1 towel per person for legs, butt and face, not 2 as I would expect. I’m not a drinking person, so would rather have fruits as a compliment, than alcohol. Washing machine stays very close to a pole of the table, so when it was run it made a lot of scary noises on the last minutes of the washing cycle. Friends are shy to post for booking that it was a bit difficult to get the keys, like a Fort Boyard, but in the end it worth the efforts)
Shower capsule wasn’t closing tight enough, so water was overspilt on the floor when showering.

Sehr schönes Apartment in einer tollen Lage. U-Bahn Station gleich in der Nähe. Genug Platz für die ganze Familie. Toll eingerichtet.
