Cleanliness, comfort, and excellent soundproofing – we didn't hear any external noise during our stay.
The kitchenette features a high-quality induction cooktop and sufficient kitchenware.
There are pots, pans, cutlery, and exactly the amount needed for convenience.
We also appreciated the clean bedding and towels, as well as the very comfortable beds.
The area is very quiet and safe, yet it’s only a 15-minute walk to the city center and just 5 minutes to the Belvedere Palace and Museum. Great transport connections and several supermarkets nearby.
Friendly and welcoming staff. You can store your luggage at the reception on a nearby street.

The apartment had a lovely spacious layout and feel. View of a park from the bedroom end and large window and balcony view of courtyard from the living area. After travelling for nearly a month Spacious storage and room for toiletries in the bathroom which added to comfort.There was a traditional and historic Viennese cafe at the end of the street (Frey) frequented by locals. Well priced and good unpretentious Viennese dishes. Also nearby- Excellant little coffee and pastry shop round the corner . The Belvedere museum is down the road/ make sure you book upper Belvedere to see Klimpt not lower.
The most impressive feature of the property was the staff who helped resolve a booking error I made. They were very kind and understanding and found a happy solution.

Great location. Five minutes to Ubahn and Sbahn. But also quiet. We were at 6th floor and had a beautifull view. The apartment was clean and warm.

Very friendly staff. Great place, nice and tidy, great beds, great shower, good wifi. Checking in was great with a keycode, nice balcony in the room and overall nice vibe. Pretty quiet outside as well. Public transport very close well connected to everything. In a word, as EXCELLENT as VIENNA
