Superb

Good location a 5 min walk away from the main West railroad station. There are numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance in all directions. The room was clean with a modern wood-based aesthetic.

I had no problems with the fact that there were no staff onsite. Communicating via WhatsApp was great for my simple needs.

What could be improved: Room was a bit small. Hallways could have been better lit. Don’t expect to reply on the kitchenette for big meals - it is small and there isn’t a lot of counter/tabletop space to put stuff on.

It’s very clean and cozy, the aircon is great! I really like the idea that they have a locker luggage storage place, the bed is comfortable too.

Great location there is metro and tram stop around, easy to get around

What could be improved: The aircon setting is only on or off, you can’t set the temperature, so sometimes it gets too cold, when I tried to open the window, there are often noise from the ‘cafe/bar’ next door which I could hear in the evening. There are some locals hanging in the cafe/bar next door and sometimes I don’t feel too comfortable walking past.

Staff is overall friendly but some of them dose not speak any English which can be difficult.

Modern efficacy with homely touches

Location, modern facilities, easy check in, key pad for security instead of a key, tea/coffee, easy to use laundry via (washing machines-with in built liquid! and drier), able to use the luggage lockers after check-out time

What could be improved: We would have preferred microwave instead of hot plates

Very good and comfortable stay but extremely bad experience with check-in due to remote operator with no sense of empath

Very comfortable and cosy, very clean and well secured.

What could be improved: The on-line checkin was a nightmare! After 8 hours of travel, it took us more than an hour to get the codes for access to our appartment. There is NO PERSON ON SITE to help you in case of problems! In the beginning, the (remote) operator was kind of helpful, but as I got frustrated as the check-in procedure did not work on my iPhone, she got rude, hang up the phone and refused to answer multiple calls that I did afterwards to get help for the check-in. Finally, their IT department offered me a back-up procedure to do my check-in. Lesson learned: do the complete check-in BEFORE you arrive at the apartment. We were not aware that there was nobody on site to help in case of problems. Apart from this issue, the stay was very good, excellent apartment, very comfortable and very clean. We might go there again.

What could be improved: not a fan of fully automated check in, because it wasn't as straightforward as advertised. Way too many emails to get things sorted. felt like doing an internship. Personal contact in a hotel is actually not a bad thing otherwise it feels like staying in a vending machine. personally I don't want to download an app for doing laundry. it was ok but won't book it again. just personal preference

And the best of all the cleaning dude was very friendly and the online staff were very friendly and helpful!

What could be improved: I guess it's not for everyone but due to sustainability reasons they don't clean the room every day.

Aside the beds super comfy, well thought and designed.

Amazing design, nice aircon, facilities were amazing perfect for solo travelers.

What could be improved: Bed was extremely soft and dont think helps with the back. I was there for 6 days the only thing I can think of was the bed. If it was a little bit better probably I would say its the best place to stay in town.
