The apartment is in a quiet and well connected part of Vienna. The apartment is very clean and modern. Beds are comfortable. Great facilities.

This is the second time we have stayed here and the apartment really suits us due to its location and exceptional service. It's well situated close to transport and amenities. It looks out to a quiet street. Its on the first floor so you need to climb only two short flights of stairs.The communication from the hosts is always very prompt and helpful. We had an issue with the hot water heater and were impressed by the swift reaction. A technician came to fix the issue within a couple of hours and the hot water was back on. The checkin process is really easy as the instructions are sent well in advance and no contact is needed. The whole place was really clean which is an improvement compared to our last stay. The wifi is also faster. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dishwasher and quite a few tablets provided. There is a filter coffee machine and a plunger.
