Family getaway in Vienna
Property is located to all public transport vicinity. Comfortable bedding. Staff friendly and helpful. We requested for an extra bedsheet and they delivered. Prompt response. Good for a short quick trip. Nearby location has food and groceries.
What could be improved: Noisy neighbourhood (not the the property) , only issue was the room was too hot and you to open the windows. May be a fan or air conditioner will help. More clean bathroom can be maintained.

The apartment seemed to be quite new, but it could have been better maintained. It did have all we needed for a one night stay and the location near the metro was convenient.
What could be improved: The balcony was kind of attached to a common smoking balcony, from where they could see straight in to the apartment (hallway).

Exceptional
Our family had an amazing stay at this apartment in Vienna! The living room was spacious and perfect for us. There was an extra single bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. The location couldn't be better, the public transportation is just around the corner. The communication with the owner of the apartment was just easy and pleasant. Highly recommend! I would only suggest providing teabags and instant coffee sachets by the owner😊.
Very comfortable apartment, close to public transport, some museums and easy to access.
Location was great, with accessible public transport. Many restaurants selling pastry and kebabs were nearby and open.
What could be improved: Blinds on the windows could be darker to prevent light in the morning, for better sleep.
A nice budget friendly place
Nice apartment with all you need. Clean room with two twin beds and a separate small room. Favoritten is only 3 metro stations from the main train station, and the flat is only 2 minutes' walk from the metro station. Smooth check in/out.
What could be improved: It would be great to have a microwave oven in the kitchen.

It was close to city and u-bahn is close. There are also markets and some restaurants around.
What could be improved: Not so much cultural/historical neighborhood if you real Vienna experience.
Terrace is shared with other people on flat.
All nice and perfect but poor Wi-Fi
The apartment is newly renovated. It has everything I needed and everything was as it were presented on pictures. The host was friendly. It was on the first floor and the metro station was just around the corner. The host allowed us to extend the check-out time. The P+R parking Favoriten is just 2 metro station away. I would come back here.
What could be improved: The Wi-Fi was very week and practically we could not use it. My computer could not connect at all and my mobile was connected but loss connection often and the connection was slow. It is a pity for such nice apartment and this is the only reason I did not rate it as 10. Maybe it is not important for guests that have internet abroad in their mobiles but for other it is a problem. This does not cost too much and I suggest the owner to improve it. Other that this, the beds were too soft for our taste, but this is subjective.
