Super stay, very cozy and quiet, the tram is right in front and takes you to the city center.
Underground parking is just perfect and is so rare to find.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! It’s clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable short stay. The location is incredibly convenient: the tram stops right in front of the building, there’s a bus stop just a 1-minute walk away, and a Lidl supermarket is conveniently located in the same building. Plus, you get a parking spot in the building's garage, which is a huge bonus if you're traveling by car. It’s only about 18 minutes from the city center, making it easy to explore Vienna.

The owners were amazing—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They provided detailed instructions for the self-check-in process, which was smooth and hassle-free. On top of that, they shared a wealth of information about Vienna, including top attractions, local bars and restaurants, and things to do in the area.

We stayed for 3 nights as a family with two small kids, and it was perfect for us. The terrace is a lovely bonus—you can enjoy a charming view of the Fabrik and the delightful aroma of freshly baked croissants. Highly recommend this apartment!👌🏽🔥
