Enjoyed the stay and it would have been perfect if the small things that are missing were fixed
Very big and beautiful apartment. No nice restaurants and bars nearby but close to several trams. Easy to get around. We were 10 guests and it was big enough. Very nice terrace.
What could be improved: Poor kitchen equipment, difficult to cook food. No hangers in bathroom for towels and no blinds/curtains in bedroom so it was really light. Too hot at night in Summer.

Big apartment able to accommodate comfortably many people.
What could be improved: Only 1 shower had warm water, as we informed management, they told us they are aware, no fix… we were 10 people and got 7 medium towels, no towels in toilets. As we asked for more towels, we were told they are drying on the dryer… we stayed 2 nights, so on second night they were still wet as apartment was cold. There is no working area in kitchen. There is one electric plug for all kitchen appliances (toaster, kettle, coffee machine). Rooms are bright, no option to make it darker. The terrace needs some maintenance. Another odd thing was that 2 days before arrival I got message from management, to cancel the apartment and book it again directly via owner, should be cheeper, but as no cancellation policy already applied, we didn’t change it. Also no elevator- but I understand it is an old house, all other mentioned above can be changed.

Spacy apartment, clean, facilities needed were there. Rooftop terrace was really nice.
Nice bakery around the corner.
What could be improved: No window curtains or blinding so waking up at 06am. No airco and highest apartment in building, so very hot. There were fans in every room but very loud to sleep next to. Wifi wasn’t working well, although very fast reaction it was not resolved completely. When we arrivered in the apartment there were a lot of towels etc hanging on 2 large drying recks.

We used Garage Volkertstraße, Volkertstraße 9, 1020 Wien, Østrig, Price was EUR 9,00 for 24 hours. Some 10-15 minutes walk from the appartment.
When we went to visit downtown Vienna, we used the parking garage: WIPARK Technische Uni Operngasse Parkgarage, Operngasse 13, 1040 Wien, Østrig. 24 hours (tagespauchale) for EUR 8,90
What could be improved: Top floor (5 floors up) with no lift.
Amazing for a bigger group of people
The place is amazing for a bigger group of people. It is very spacious, has 5 separate bedrooms, living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets which makes it convenient. We were a group of 7 and it was perfect! Everyone had their own space and it didn’t feel crowded for a bit. The apartment has also a big well maintained terrace with armchairs and a table. It is newly furnished and really clean. Looks even better than on the photos.
What could be improved: The only con is that there is no elevator and the apartment is at the top floor which for some of us was not ideal but we would still choose the same place.

A very spacious and clean apartment, in a quiet area but with a good location (near the public transport). Very good contact with the owner, who is helpful and friendly. The apartment has many bedrooms (5) so it's perfect for travelling with a lot of companions, who you can still easily split into smaller groups.
What could be improved: there is no lift and the apartment is on the top floor but that isn't a problem if you travel light

The location is excellent, tram station (line 2) is two minutes away from the apartment. A bakery and a shop are nearby. The apartment is extremely clean, the terrace is great.
What could be improved: There was no hot water in bigger toilette. For group of ten people, just one shower was insufficient.
The kitchen has only the most basic utensils.
