Superb
The inside of the apartment was very nice, It has 3 large bedrooms which are well equiped and in good condition. Well decorated. It has a real good feeling inside, it has fans in every room which helps deal with the summer heat. There is a laundry machine with all the neccessary material.
What could be improved: The entrance to the buidling is still under construction and I think it still needs alot of time and work. The kitchen is badic and not really suitable for 5 to eat in. the U bahn is not really close, but the tram is very close. The palace is about 30 minutes walk. The street has many supermarkets nearby. It is about 30 minutes by U bahn to hte city center. IT does give a good value for money if you consider the distance.
