A good price-quality ratio

The apartment is a good choice, it is even bigger than it appears in the photos. They have a very simple check in and check out option, I had no problems. It is located about 13-15 minutes from the metro station. It is line 1, so then it is only about 5 stops to the center. In total, it took us about 30-35 minutes. It is a very safe and quiet area, with shops around. There are quite a few restaurant options, we preferred to spend our evenings in the center. I think it was a good choice.

What could be improved: There are a few things that could be slightly improved: the mattresses are too soft and not very comfortable. It is also difficult without any wardrobe. There would be enough space to put some wardrobes. But it was still nothing essential, overall we felt good. Let's not forget that it is a cheaper option than many others. We recommend this apartment!

Overall a good apartment for one week

Nice neighborhood, we noticed no problem at all even during the night. You can walk night late without fear.
A lot of (mini)stores (billa, spar) around the location, so you can buy everything you want for breakfasts, for instance. Also, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, another type of stores (electrical, DM etc) for only few minutes walk around the location.
The apartment is at 10 mins away walking from the Kaisermühlen VIC train station, the line U1, reaching the city center very quickly.
There is a washing machine in the bathroom, which can be very helpful (we didn't use it).
The kitchen is quite well equipped: dishes, pans, cutlery, dishwasher etc, for a full 4 members family.
The sofa in the living room is large enough even for an adult, after unfolding.

What could be improved: The bed mattress was too soft for my taste.
We wish we had a wardrobe for clothes. But I can understand why do not have one, the bedroom is quite small.
We couldn't get the coffee maker to work.
For hot water in the bathroom, there is an electric boiler which, although large, runs out of hot water quickly. So you have to move quickly when you shower :)
The kitchen ceiling has leaks from the neighbors, most likely. You can recognize it by its specific yellowish color. I can say that it is not a problem perse, but it is very unpleasant the way it looks like.

I was exceedingly lucky with the weather- I had a wonderful stay.

Very centrally located. Bus from near doorstep to the subway station. Walking to subway 10 min. Ride into town 9 min to Stephan’s dome.
For a single person offers enough space, feels safe and is functional.
Rental bicycles within a minute, two restaurants/ bars and an ice cream parlour within a minute.
