You know what, if you’re looking for a place to stay in Vienna that’s a bit off the beaten path but still close to everything, HiLight Suites Hotel is your spot. I actually stayed there last month, and it’s got this cozy, boutique feel that’s hard to find in the city. It’s located on Salesianergasse, a quiet street in Landstraße, but just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the city center.

The building itself is pretty modern, but it’s got this warm, inviting atmosphere that you’ll feel as soon as you walk in. The lobby’s got these huge windows that let in tons of natural light, and the staff are super friendly – honestly, they made me feel right at home. My room was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable – I mean, I slept like a baby every night. The view from my window was pretty cool too, overlooking the city rooftops and the church spires in the distance.

One thing I really appreciated was the location. It’s sort of tucked away, so it’s peaceful and quiet, but you’re still just a stone’s throw from the U3 metro line, which makes getting around the city a breeze. There’s also a great little bakery around the corner on Margaretenstraße that sells the best apple strudel – you’ve got to try it. The area is pretty quiet, so there’s not much noise to worry about, and parking is pretty easy to find if you’re driving.

I mean, sure, there were a few minor hiccups – the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in some parts of the hotel, and the breakfast could’ve been a bit more varied – but overall, I’d definitely recommend HiLight Suites Hotel to anyone visiting Vienna. It’s got a great balance of comfort, style, and convenience, and it’s honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed in the city. So, if you’re looking for a place that feels a bit more like home than a hotel, you should definitely give it a shot.
