Good Value nar to Pilgramgass stn and NaschMarkt

150m walk from Pilgramgasse. Near to Naschmarkt around 5mins walk. Had early check in very helpful. Love the aprtment design very cozy

What could be improved: El sofá cama que tenía que dormir una persona, no es de lo más cómodo…

Great Check in Experience, all facilities available, location is great, Subway is nearby, same as described.
Kitchen is superb fulfilled with everything you need, food delivery is also available at this location.

What could be improved: There was only one fan, should be two stand fans or Air Conditioner at least, washing liquid was not available, i dont know if facilities should provide, but I got in my previous facility.
Shower was tricky, after hot water, it started cold again, so I had to open the wash basin hot water in order to bring hot water to the shower spray, I did not notify the facility because I fixed it in this way :D

Overall all the other things were good, we had a pleasant stay.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

What could be improved: There wasn't any shampoo, only handwasher.
The door of the toilet couldn't close and it crashed and made noise.

What could be improved: Leider nichts von den Basics, die sich mittlerweile in fast allen Ferienwohnungen finden lassen: Salz, Pfeffer Zucker, Kaffeekapseln für den Start etc. Wobei selbstverständlich ist, dass der Mieter das dann auch wieder auffüllt…aber hier gab es absolut gar nix

És un apartament molt pràctic. matalàs còmode, pis silenciós (interior), la cuina té uns fogons i un forn molt moderns, la dutxa funciona molt bé. La calefacció funciona molt bé.

What could be improved: la decoració del pis és una mica particular.
El personal és molt amable però la comunicació és virtual. no vaig veure a ningú.

location was ok. not very far from the city center (about 10 min walk). there were groceries stores near the appartment. the place had heat and was warm all the time (since we visited in winter). there was adequate kitchen ware.

What could be improved: The room doors did not close properly and they did not have a lock key (except from the bathroom). the noise from the heating unit in the kitchen could not be isolated since the kitchen door didn't close properly and that was very distarbing at times. I recomend you to fix the doors so they can stay closed. Also i did not like that nobody ever checked on us once. not even a call to see how we are doing, or if we were ok. If something had happened to us during our stay, the people who would have noticed it would have been the cleaning services the last day of our stay.
