Very pleasant stay

The apartment was very clean, cosy and comfortable. Every facility, toiletry and utensil were well planned of and available on the spot. Coffee, tea and cooking oil were in our disposal, although hosts were not obliged to provide it to us. Hosts are very friendly and give us all the necessary information. Location is great. 12 minutes of very comfortable walk through nice and safe district to metro station and Central railway station. We really liked the apartment! Great value for money.

What could be improved: I cannot say anything bad about the apartment, as it is excellently renovated, but the house is old inside. We checked in late in the evening, and there was no light in the entrance hall, which was frightening. But no hosts' fault... Also, we got to the second floor according to Latvian system of floor counting and found no apartment. Then we understood we have to ascend one storey above in order to get to the second floor according to Austrian system. Again, no hosts' fault, but it is worthwhile to warn other travellers so that they took into account this nuance.

Posizione dell'appartamento, luminoso e ampio con tutti gli accessori necessari per cucina e bagno. Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato come nuovo! Location comoda in contesto tranquillo e semicentrale a 10 minuti a piedi max dalla HAUPTBAHNHOF, la Stazione Centrale di Vienna!

What could be improved: Il palazzo è un pò vetusto e sarebbe bene dargli una ristrutturata, anche se mantiene un suo fascino tipicamente retrò viennese

Perfekte Lage, saubere und schön eingerichtet Wohnung, top Gastgeber!

Die Lage war super, 2 Minuten zu Fuß, gab es eine Bushaltestelle, ca. 6 Minuten zu Fuß eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle und ca. 9 Minuten zu Fuß eine U-Bahn Haltestelle. Also die Anbindung war perfekt und man was super schnell im Stadtzentrum. Zahlreiche Supermärkte gab es auch Fußläufig und ebenfalls Restaurants. Die Gastgeber haben uns einen tollen Guide zur Wohnung und Tipps geschickt. Waren immer erreichbar und super nett.
