We're very happy with our choice.
We really enjoyed staying here. The welcome was warm and the flat very well equipped. The area is quiet. The U-Bahn station and supermarket are a 5-minute walk away. The city centre is 1/2 hour away by U-Bahn.

Wonderful people and a wonderful home
The hosts were really welcoming and that was a very good start of our holiday. They helped us organize our arrival so as everything went smooth and stress free. Thank you, Elizabeth and Richard!
The apartment was very clean and we had there everything we needed. The rooms are large and the beds were comfortable, the heat was ajustable (we really appreciated that since we like our room be cool, warm not hot). There were even books on the shelves which made the apartment look like a home not merely a house. The kitchen was fully equipped.
The area is wonderfully quiet. There is a subway stop nearby (U1-250 meters) and a supermarket close to it.
What could be improved: There is nothing I can mention here.

Although it is far from the center, the apartment is in a great place, the metro station is very close, so you can reach Stephansplatz in a short time. There is also a large supermarket nearby.
The apartment is clean and nicely decorated, and the host is very kind.
The advantage of the apartment is that it has parking for a car in the yard.

We loved our stay at this apartment! The owner was incredibly accommodating right from the start. When we mentioned we might be late for check-in, he went out of his way to arrange a later check-in time telling us to drive safely and not rush. This kind of personal care really made us feel welcome!
Having a free parking spot made our arrival stress-free and we didn't touch our car again until departure. The U1 metro station is only 5 minutes away and it took us straight to Stephansdom and all the main sights in just 15 minutes!
The apartment is big and has everything we needed - a big bedroom, comfy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There's also a lovely garden that comes with the apartment, though we couldn't use it due to the weather. The Spar supermarket is just around the corner which made grocery shopping super easy.
The area is very quiet and we slept great. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Best of both worlds - we parked our car safely and explored Vienna easily by metro. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Vienna!

Friendly and helpful owner, clean place, very good connection to the city center. It looks far, but it's not. 5 minutes walking to the U-Bahn station, and then a few stops with a beautiful view all the way: the Danube, a mini leisure harbour, modern buildings.
It was very quiet: the area and the house. There's a nice garden in the back, trees in front. We had tea and coffee to our choice. Nice recycling system in place.
Big rooms with many spaces to deposit things, except for the wardrobes: chairs, tables, etc.
Cosy apartment, it looks and feels like home.
