Overview
Tucked away on Turmburggasse, Gabriel’s Apartments are a cozy 4-star haven in Vienna’s vibrant Mariahilf district. I remember pulling up to the address and immediately feeling the charm of the neighborhood – the cobblestone streets, the old-world architecture, and the local Viennese chatting over coffee at nearby cafes. Honestly, the location is a gem; it’s just a stone’s throw from the bustling Mariahilfer Strasse, which is like the heart of the city for shopping and dining.
You know what, the apartments themselves are quite the deal. Each one is individually styled, with a touch of modern flair and a nod to traditional Austrian charm. I mean, the attention to detail is impressive – from the plush bedding to the sleek kitchenettes, everything is designed for comfort and convenience. The rooms are quiet, a real blessing considering how lively the surrounding area can get, especially during the summer months when the city is buzzing with tourists and locals alike.
What makes Gabriel’s Apartments stand out, though, is the personal touch. The check-in experience was a breeze, and the staff were incredibly helpful, offering insider tips on where to find the best Sachertorte in town (a must-try, by the way). There’s also a lovely courtyard garden, which is a great spot to unwind with a book or a glass of local wine after a day of exploring the city. Parking can be a bit of a challenge in this area, but the apartments offer a solution with their own garage, which is a huge plus.
In conclusion, if you’re looking for a home away from home in Vienna that’s both stylish and practical, Gabriel’s Apartments hit the mark. With their high rating of 9.4, it’s clear that other travelers feel the same. Whether you’re here for business or pleasure, you’ll find a welcoming retreat that’s just a short stroll from Vienna’s best attractions.
To book a hotel in Vienna during the famous Vienna Opera Ball season, visitors should make reservations well in advance as the city attracts culture enthusiasts and music lovers from around the world.

Guest Reviews
clean & very well equipped
Good location, very close to metro station. Lots of complimentary extras.
Very well equipped, very close to the subway, literally less than 4 min to U4. And from there you can cet very easily everywhere, just make sure you have a Vienna Pass which I highly recommend :)
The owner was very helpful. Parking just a few minutes away, daily parking fee is way cheaper than the average price for Vienna.
You will find everything for your stay. We stayed 3 nights only, and wished to have stayed much more!
Good value for money, overall, if we come back to Vienna again in this formation, for sure we will stay again here. Highly recommend it to big families, or couples.
I would rate this apartment 11/10 if I could. Instructions for parking lot was precise and a v short walk to apartment.
I think I was kindly assigned a bigger apartment than the one I reserved. The check-in was easy. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and provided for - from the properly heated bathroom floor, to the snacks and drinks, and the modern electrical equipment (washer dryer and big screen tvs, lamps, big fridge, mini fridge), shower space was well stocked and spacious, beddings were comfortable, room was very quiet and clean, kitchen utensils were adequate, location is gd. Supermarkets and restaurants are near.
Very well equipped, close to the subway, very helpful owner, very good value for money.
Very convenient location, with a very friendly host and spotlessly clean rooms
perfect, well equipped apartment in a quiet, but still easy to reach location. Free drinks in the minibar, free pods for the coffee machine, washing and drying machine, floor heating and air conditioning, smart TV-s in all rooms, and the list goes on...
