Great place, just like photos

It is a lovely decorated and stylish apartment, with enough size for two people staying. The bed is comfortable too. We had lovely garden access, and it wasn't too sunny/hot in the day. The apartment block is easy to find and access, and the gym is 100% state of the art - all new equipment! Nice bathroom toiletries included also.

What could be improved: I think I was unlucky with this booking because despite the high ratings, I had a lot of trouble getting a new link to confirm my identity (they don't give you the access instructions without that, and had already taken the whole payment, which was stressful. I had to get my colleague to call them on a different number because he initially hung up on me). The number listed here ending in 006 isn't correct, please use: +43 676 9238123. Then, when we arrived late in the evening the apartment hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupier, which meant we had to stay somewhere else. That completely threw my workday the next day but happy for the guy's support late at night, via my colleague again.
In terms of improving the stay, I would hook up the TV so it isn't stream only, and I would provide cooking oil, salt & pepper as standard, otherwise you have to buy this even for a short stay.

Exceptional

I'd like to note that the apartment is very well thought out in detail, making living there very comfortable. The materials used in the interior design, the quality appliances, and the excellent lighting made daily routines very enjoyable. Additionally, the access to a small garden was a significant plus, especially for city living. The gym was well-equipped, clean, and not crowded. As for the location, it is a peaceful area from which one can comfortably reach any part of Vienna, as the public transport system is very well organized.

Everything was perfect! Very comfortable and cosy. Perfect for a couple. All facilities you need for short or long term stay. Area very safe and easily accessible to get into Vienna city centre! Host and team are great 😊

The best stay in Vienna

Property was equipped with everything you can imagine. The 2 weeks we spend their property really felt like home.Owner was super helpful also! Located in a very good area in vienna close to all amneties and definitly worth the money. Would definitly choose this property again when visiting vienna as it gave us the feel like were at home. Also good to mention that the outhdoor space was breath taking. Thank you FERDI ❤️❤️
