Amazing apartment! Best we've ever rented!
Amazing! The apartment is outstanding. We couldn't have been happier. Literally. Superclean, comfortable, great balcony. So easy on the underground to get into town if you don't feel like walking. (Literally just 5 mins) Food store downstairs too plus a couple of restaurants. We will be returning often. Can't wait to come back. Well done to the host. Absolutely amazing! Such amazing decor too... love it!

Checking into the apartment using self service worked well as the apartment has a code lock.
The apartment is perhaps the most beautiful and tastefully decorated we have rented, you could call it a boutique apartment.
There are two bedrooms and we choose the master bedroom.
The view from the two large terraces is magnificent, you can see large parts of Vienna.
What could be improved: Our demands are high, so the disappointment was great the first time we decided to cook food in the kitchen. Two pots and the frying pan are very dirty and full of dried fat. A previous guest simply did not wash the dishes after themselves.
There were 6 wine glasses and these were also dirty and not washed.
So we have to start by running a dishwasher.
I point this out to the host who the next day sends out a cleaning patrol to wash some things that I left behind so they could see what it looked like.
This is an improvement potential to ensure that the entire apartment is at 5-star level, including the kitchen and its equipment!
Improvement potential can also be added to the quota of toilet paper, these ran out after about half of our 10-day stay.
The answer we got was that the quota should be enough for the entire stay and that we had to go to Billa if we wanted more toilet rolls.
This is the first accommodation we have booked where the host did not show up once during the entire stay. Usually a host receives you upon arrival or appears shortly after arrival and welcomes you and shows you around in the apartment and briefly explains how things work. All contact was handled via Booking.com's messaging feature,
which made the whole thing feel a bit impersonal.
Nightmare
What could be improved: A terrible stay because of the unprofessional attitude of the broker or the apartment manager. After arriving and calling by phone, I asked to be shown how and where to park. Naturally, the fake manager didn't call me as promised, but sent me a chat through the chat in Booking....I don't know who watches the chat in Booking. Every normal person uses WhatsApp or Viber. So, after I parked in front of the building on the street and went up to leave my luggage because we had 4 suitcases and two children, I literally got out after 5-6 minutes and found that my car was gone. I immediately asked for assistance and the fake manager in question sent me a link to the police again through the chat on Booking. As it turned out later, he knew perfectly well that the car had been picked up by a tow truck. Anyway, I told myself bad luck. Then, again, I was sent a parking space number and a video that CANNOT BE WATCHED INSIDE THE PARKING LOT BECAUSE THERE IS NO INTERNET!
And so the next day - another nightmare I go to the parking lot and see how the tow truck lifts my car again!! It turned out that we parked under building 3 and not under building 1. BUT NO ONE TELL YOU WHICH BUILDING IS WHICH NUMBER IS!!!! So... I paid a total of 890 euros because of an incompetent and lazy manager who didn't even bother to welcome us! It's not normal when you rent such a beautiful and expensive penthouse that no one pays you any basic attention! So people - if you rent this apartment, be careful where you park..... because there is no one to help you!

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The design is unique, giving the space a special charm. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view, and the apartment was impeccably clean. All necessary amenities were readily available, making the stay even more comfortable

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, offering stunning 270-degree views of Vienna complemented by stylish decor. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the city center via the underground metro. Having the Billa supermarket right at the entrance added great convenience. We truly enjoyed the space and were always happy to return to its calm ambiance after a long day exploring the city.
What could be improved: Our stay was quite enjoyable. However, for enhanced comfort, having additional towels and pillows available would be appreciated. Also, the inclusion of a dryer would add more convenience.
Although we were aware of the absence of a second bathroom or powder room before our visit, and it was manageable for a short stay, the ample space available suggests that adding such a facility could greatly enhance the experience for future guests.

the size of the apartment is quite big, smart tv in every room. very modern interior, complete kitchen equipment. there is a washing machine in the room. balcony view is beautiful. on the ground floor there is a restaurant and grocery easy to reach. parking is quite easy
