Cleanliness, great location, and the amenities
There is really nothing not to like about these wonderful apartments. We had apartment 304, which was two bedroomed, two bathroomed (one with bath, the other walk in shower), a kitchen & living room area that contained a sofa bed. The apartment was a good size for our family of 5 - 2 adults, 3 teenage children. The apartment was nicely appointed, beautifully kept and all areas (apartment and communal areas) were meticulously clean. Comfy beds. Smart TVs in all rooms. We stayed in November and the heating was great, making it a toasty environment to return to. Supermarkets are located within a 5 minute walk, as is the U bahn which took you to the centre in 20 minutes. Being that this is a city apartment there was some low level ambient road noise but nothing that we found intrusive - it might be more noticeable on the lower levels. Great communication with Bobby. Everything accessed by codes. Communal laundry room with washer and dryer; we used this a couple of times and had no issues accessing it. Our apartment had a small terrace which would have been lovely to use during the summer. Kitchen with oven as well as hob. The place felt like home. It would be our go to place in Vienna when we return.
