Disappointing
Good location of the apartment, only 3 minutes to the metro and tram stop. Nice furniture, table, chairs, dishes in the kitchen, and electrical appliances. Very easy access to the apartment through access codes. Quick replies from the owner via the app.
What could be improved: Let me highlight that my wife and I are very unpretentious in terms of booking apartments and hotels. But unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy our stay in this apartment, which also affected our mood on the first day of walking in Vienna. There were three major issues and several minors during our stay.
The main ones:
- the apartment was so stuffy that at some point there was simply nothing to breathe. Open windows did not help.
There is no air conditioner in the apartment, and the fan that is there just circulates hot air and does not help.
- We were able to sleep somehow in the middle of the night, but at 7 am, repairs began in the courtyard of the building and in the entrance. Workers began to carry bags and grout the walls. We had to close all windows because we had no choice.
- all the windows you see in the photos are useless because they open onto a small enclosed courtyard, so the curtains are always closed so you can't be seen from the outside.
The owner of the apartment could do nothing except "sorry". I understand that he could not immediately install the air conditioner, but we are not the first to write about this in reviews. There are floor air conditioners that could be provided. Also, you need to warn if there is a renovation in the building, because it is clear that it has been going on for a long time. And not only in this building. No compensation was offered either, although the quality of the stay required it.
Of the little things that did not bother us at all, but they are there. You could clean better, we saw 3-4 spiders. And please add at least one normal large mirror, there is just a small round mirror in the bathroom on the 2nd floor. Because of the closed curtains and windows facing the courtyard, the apartment is actually dark, the photos in the description are specially lightened.
Despite all this, the apartment has potential, if you want to receive guests and further, improve the above-mentioned disadvantages.

Kein Straßenlärm. Nur wenige Minuten bis zur nächsten U Bahn Station. Schattiger Park in der Nähe. Sehr saubere Wohnung und alles nötige vorhanden. Alles in allem kann man die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
What could be improved: Nachbarwohnung hatte sehr laute Bewohner, aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts. Aber der Lärm in der Nacht war störend. Durch die enge Lage der Wohnungen hat man das gut gehört. Vlt. bei Vermietung auf Nachtruhe bzw. Rücksichtsnahme hinweisen.
Die Lage und die Wohnung sind top. Für einen besseren Schlaf müssen das Lattenrost und die Matratze getauscht werden.
Super Lage und trotzdem schön ruhig. Schöne Ausstattung und Dekoration.

What could be improved: The toilets were inadequate. In the first floor was to hot, couldn’t stay long there.For 3 persons there were 4 towels and no one changed them. Not too clean and there was a spider. The location was not good.
