Clean and cosy apartment. Contact with the owner was quick and helpful. The owner helped us with any problem we encountered. Location was close to the metro and other public transport.
Great location close to busy MariahilfeStrasse, yet in quiet street. Very clean. Easy check-in with clear instructions. Prompt fix of minor technical difficulty with the shower. All as on photos.
We were in a lovely old building with high ceilings. The bed was good. Approx 400m from the subway and 300m from a metro style supermarket.
The location is close to a shopping district with plenty of eateries nearby. There is also a u-bahn station less than 10 minutes walk away. The apartment is huge with a proper kitchen and living room.
Great location 5-7 min from Mariahilfer, metro and the bus to hauptbahnhof. Gumpendorfer is also nearby with a few neighborhood coffee shops. Best museums in Vienna are 10 minutes away: LeopoldMuseum and the KunstHistorisches. Easy access to the Innere Stadt.
Building is quiet. Neighborhood felt safe coming back around 10:30pm alone.
The appartment is large bright and spacious with 3 windows on the street.
Loved that the host left a lot of coffee pods!
3rd floor ( with ground floor being 0) no elevator. Not a problem in my case but one has to know.
The mother of the host is next door. She doesn’t speak English but greeted me upon arrival.
The appartment is in excellent location, it was clean and offered everything we needed.
Хороший дом с высокими потолками, очень чисто, близко транспортная развязка, вход бесконтактный: инструкцию присылают на смарфон, все понятно и доступно. Рядом находится большая торговая улица.
Квартира тёплая, мы окна круглосуточно держали на проветривании, при том, что на улице было прохладно. Достаточно уютно, на полу паркет, большой смарт-телевизор, есть маленькая оборудованная кухня, есть стиральная машина.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, man erreicht alles und kann auch problemlos mal eine Pause einlegen, bevor man seine Tour fortsetzt. Es ist alles sehr praktisch eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man so braucht. Die Kommunikation ist hervorragend, alles perfekt organisiert. Fotos braucht man nicht hinzuzufügen. Die Fotos entsprechen der Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 3 Fußminuten zur U-Bahn Zieglerstraße in einer Parallelstraße zur Mahü. Von dort ist man mit der U-Bahn in 6 Minuten beim Stephansdom. Nahezu alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Belvedere, Hofburg, Prater) sind in weniger als 20 Minuten mit den Öffis erreichbar. Entfernung zum Westbahnhof eine U-Bahnstation.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet und befindet sich in einem Altbau mit sehr hohen Deckenhöhen. In der Umgebung gibt es eine Vielzahl von Cafes, Kneipen, Restaurants, ebenso sind mehrere große Supermärkte leicht erreichbar. Sollten wir wieder nach Wien reisen, ist eine wiederholte Übernachtung hier nicht ausgeschlossen.
Es un amplio apartamento muy bien comunicado. Parada de metro cerca y apenas unos minutos andando hasta llegar a las principales atracciones turísticas. Tiene una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama cómodo. La cocina es pequeñita pero lo justo para salvarte de algún apuro.
