Cosy apartment in central location

ok but very noisy building work from 6am

Decent apartment. Minimal cooking facilities, but ok [2 ring hob, microwave, no oven]. Bathroom OK. everything clean. Only one very very large hard pillow and relatively small quilt. 6th floor - good lift. Staff helpful.

What could be improved: very noisy 6am onwards except Sunday: huge amount of building work starting at 6am - with piledrivers - all around the apartment - all sides. I would not stay there again for the next few years.

Comfortable and convenient

The flat was directly opposite the University where I needed to work. It was comfortable and warm, with excellent shutters on the windows. It was, for the most part, quiet - I think I never heard any neighbours. The bath ran very quickly with astoundingly high water pressure, and the kitchen was fine for my purposes. The bed was comfortable and there were several extra quilts for when it got cold.

What could be improved: The worst thing about the flat is that there is no washing machine available, which meant that I had to get new clothes during my 3 week stay.
The central heating needs some work - all the radiators needed bleeding everytime I turned them on, and they made a constant dripping noise. In addition, turning on the lights in the bathroom also turns on the fan, which is extremely loud and very ineffective.
There was no hoover or other cleaning supplies in the flat, though as I mostly used it as a base to sleep, this wasn't the end of the world. The building site opposite is a little annoying as they start work so early, but the shutters keep most of the noise out.

Good choice for a stay nearby public transport, cozy apt.

Great location, open and bright apartment with comfy beds. Near the tram stop (approx. 3 min walk) and several shops you can go have breakfast or coffee. Friendly host, easy to communicate with, fast reply.

What could be improved: The key was very hard to open the door, we had a couple struggles with getting in lots of times. There were very limited with basic household items like soap, tea etc. The shower head in the bath tub does not work properly.

Nice studio in the university area! Would go back without hesitation.

Fantastic location in Wien, walking distance from most of the city's points of interest, and pretty well connected to the public transport network. At the same time, enough out of the old town to enjoy the quietness of the area.

What could be improved: It's not the owner's fault, but the faculty of medicine is building their new building just in front of the studio. This is not the most compatible for those who wish to sleep late in the morning at the moment.

Nicr flat but a lot of construction noise

The flat was lovely and clean.

What could be improved: Unfortunately there is a huge construction site just outside the window and the noise made sleeping or spending time in the flat between 7am and the afternoon on working days very difficult. It depends on how bad it gets, but the first morning the piercing noise from drilling was so bad that I could feel the vibrations. It was too noisy even with earplugs on. Second morning was a bit better, and the third very noisy again. The manager offered to cancel the stay but it would be too expensive and time consuming to find somewhere else last minute. If I’d known about the noise in advance I would have gone somewhere else, as it made my stay very uncomfortable.

An eye mask was also necessary as the curtains could not keep the place dark enough for me.

Can really recommend it as a best value for money in the center of Vienna.

Great location, nice apartment, fully equipped kitchen. The host has a good business approach and responded to my requests.

What could be improved: At the moment there is a noisy reconstruction not far from this location, which starts early morning. But if you close windows it is ok
