Lep, kompaktan i čist stan, dostupan privatni parking uz doplatu, dobra lokacija i pristup zgradi svim vrstama prevoza
What could be improved: Ulica je prometna i bučna, ulaz u zgradu je prljav, bezlična komunikacija putem automatskih poruka

What could be improved: Our visit was during a heatwave (>33 degrees during day). There was no AC in the appartment, just a fan which helped, but was not enough to cool off every room.

1. Parkgarage praktisch vor der Haustüre (12€ für 1 Tag (24h), Top Preis in Top Lage.
2. Apartment: Check-In sehr einfach (Anleitung bekommt man am Anreise Tag). Top Lage. Jetzt ein sehr, sehr großer Lob an die Besitzter, wirklich ein sauberes, schönes Gepflegtes Apartment, schön eingerichtet, mann hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren wirklich sehr Positiv überrascht, denn wir waren schon in sehr vielen Apartments und Hotels. Weiter so.
3. Lage: Top Lage. Billa, Pipa gegenüber. Restaurant gleich daneben. In 30 Meter entfernung findet man alles, U-Bahn (24h Ticket 8€ gillt für Wiener Linien, U-Bahn/Straßenbahn/Bus), das bekannte Tichy Eis, komplette Einkaufsstraße, Restaurants.
What could be improved: Nur Empfehlung: richtige Klimaanlage (es ist aber ein Ventilator vorhanden)
