The apartment is very very clean, location is very central & close to a lot of train lines. Apartment had all the amenities we needed, is very spacious and beds were super comfy! Had the best sleep of our trip! Alex is also very quick to respond to queries and check in & out process was super smooth and easy.

Exceptional
We (the group of 6 people) lived at Apartment for one wonderful week, in May. In a three-bedroom apartment on the fifth floor (No elevator). From the initial application process, the apartment owner was incredibly helpful and efficient, making the move-in process smooth and stress-free.
The apartment itself was in excellent condition upon arrival, with clean carpets and functioning appliances. We particularly appreciated the large number of windows that let in ample natural light. It was generally quiet inside. A significant convenience was that the apartment came equipped with all necessary techniques.
The building and grounds were great. The common areas were clean, and the landscaping was lovely.
The rent was reasonable for the area and the quality of the apartment and amenities offered.
Overall, our experience was overwhelmingly positive. All the reasons made it a truly comfortable and enjoyable place to live. We would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a well-managed and conveniently located home in Vienna.
