Overall, good experience, well located property, great customer service
The first room assigned to us was too small and did not meet expectations given the price, but we discussed with the manager and were assigned a much better, larger and well-lit room for the remaining days of the trip. that speaks a lot to good customer service.
What could be improved: Breakfast could have been included in room tariff. An additional Euro 15 per person is a big cost for tourists.
