Spacious and cozy apartment!
Perfect for a relaxing family stay.

Especially loved the
1. jacuzzi
2. large balcony
3. coffee machine and big TV
4. cool location with a shopping mall nearby
5. ability to quickly adjust the temperature in the apartment
6. two toilets

Host was always responsive and quick to reply.
He allowed us to check in a bit earlier.

So, highly recommend!

What could be improved: 1. The lower floors of the building entrance are quite dirty, and in the evenings, you can sometimes see drug users there. They just sit on the stairs, clearly intoxicated, continuing their activities without a hint of shame. After a cultural walk around the city, entering a building where classical music plays, this is not exactly what you would expect to encounter... But fortunately, access to the upper floors where the apartment is located is only possible with a key.

2. It seems the drain in the jacuzzi and sinks was slightly clogged, as the water drained very slowly and there was a slight smell afterward.

There were a few things that we enjoyed at the apartment, like:
-it is very spacious and has a great terrace, so our little daughter was able to do a lot of exploring;
-in a separate room, it has a washing machine with a dryer;
-it has two bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen;
-it is located only a few minutes away from a subway station and a mall;
-the owner answered our messages quite fast.

What could be improved: There weren't many things that we didn't like, but they were quite disturbing.
Unfortunately, the stair house and the elevator were always very sticky and dirty and most importantly, on one evening, the elevator broke and, when using the stairs, we saw men using drugs. Also, on two evenings, there was a lot of smoke on the stair house (that did not smelled like regular tabacco).
We messaged the owner and he called the guards from the mall. Fortunately, the next night it was ok.

Amplio, tranquilo y bien comunicado

Es un piso amplio con decoración moderna, reforma reciente, muy luminoso y tranquilo. No nos ha faltado nada y funcionó todo perfectamente, especialmente el aire acondicionado, que hizo mucha falta.
Pudimos disfrutar de la terraza que da a una zona con árboles, muy relajante!

Very nice and easy to move around the city

1) Easy to move around the city, very near a tube, bus and tram station
2) Balcony was really great, apartment facilities were great
3) Espresso coffee machine very useful
4) Bathroom was really comfortable
5) Very shiny and big dining room with comfortable table and chairs

What could be improved: 1) Entrance and elevator were almost always dirty
2) No place to leave the washed plates and cutlery in the kitchen

Very comfortably furnished appartment with wide spaces and a big Terrace. We felt at home and spent a lot of our time in Wien in the appartment, since it was sadly raining a couple of days, but the nicely modeled appartment made our stay even better. It is 2 min. walk from the nearest Metro and Bus station and 15 Min travel time from the city center. Grocery stores and good coffee shops are nearby so it reduced time spent for groceries. Even smallest details, such as umbrellas in the hall made us appreciate the place more, since we really made use of them.
Bernhard was very nice, easy to communicate and ready to help, especially flexible when it comes to fixing the check-in/ check-out time. It was a lovely experience!
