The apartment is set in a good location, not far from the main station - so access to public transport (trains, trams and buses) was excellent.
The amenities were clean and tidy and met our needs for a short stay (we didn't use any kitchen facilities as we ate out every day). Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were a good size. A nice apartment but did appear a little sterile in appearance - mainly all white decor with very little decoration or pictures. The surrounding neighbourhood had a few bars, cafes and restaurants. Overall we had a good stay in Vienna and enjoyed our time there.

Heating was amazing, was nice to come in after a cold day outside to a warm apartment. Everything was clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and good wifi

It was convenient for the family of 4. Nothing annoying except road construction work outside. Very easy to reach the city center - just 5 min to metro and 2-3 stations.
It is possible to reach Belvedere just +-15 min walking. It is also close to the central train station so you can move to any other places outside of Vienna or take a hop-on excursion bus.

Big and comfortable apartment, in a good position to get the city center by bike

The location is good, near the metro, stores and restaurants. The managements assigned us a bigger apartment due to some hydro issues in the city, for the same price. The place was spacious and comfortable.

Good location. We paid extra for parking space and garage is nearby, in the same street. Nice and very clean appartement.

Location: near to train station, shops.
Parking: nearby with a cost of 20€
Food: visited to a cafe selling croissant, delicious and seller is a muslim.
House: spacious and clean. We stayed at level 6. Small lift but can accommodate 4 adults at one time.
Internet: wifi provided and speed was good.
Check in/out process: easy and consider self check-in/out
